Abstract

Un sistema distribuido (10) para expedir timbres y/o titulos oficiales (25) particularmente timbres, que comprende una unidad de control central o centro de servicio (12), una pluralidad de tarjetas inteligentes (21) asignadas a los operadores de las terminales locales (11), en las cuales se proporciona un programa de inicializacion (40) para instalar, en combinacion, una terminal local dada (11) y una tarjeta inteligente dada (21) del sistema (10), para establecer entre esa terminal dada (11) y esa tarjeta inteligente dada (21) una relacion tipo biunequivoca de correspondencia y cooperacion, de modo que la terminal local dada (11) y la tarjeta inteligente dada (21), una vez inicializadas, sean activadas dentro del sistema (10) para cooperar, de manera unica, entre si con la exclusion de todas las otras terminales y todas las otras tarjetas inteligentes. En particular, esta correspondencia biunequivoca es establecida por el programa de inicializacion (40) por medio de unas "firma" o codificacion, a traves de una clave secreta (35a) de la tarjeta inteligente (21), una secuencia ordenada de datos (24a, 24b) definida por la terminal objetiva (11) con la cual la tarjeta inteligente (21) pretende cooperar exclusivamente.
