Abstract

Pack (1), particularly for free-flowing or pasty products, with a body (2), the circumference of which is at least approximately constant along at least almost its entire length, a removal opening (6) and a filling opening (6), the body (2) is wherein tapered in one section by at least one pleat or similar shaping.

Description

t PACKAGING FOR FREE OR PASTOS FLOW PRODUCTS The invention relates to a package, particularly for free flowing or pasty products, with a body, whose circumference is at least approximately constant or decreases slightly along at least almost its total length, with an opening for emptying and a opening for filling.
The products in these packages are usually squeezed out and therefore are removed with the help of a plunger. However, the problem with these packages is that they can not be stacked in their unfilled and / or emptied state and therefore occupy a lot of space.
The purpose of the invention is to propose a package of the type described above which is stackable.
In the solution of this problem proposed by the invention, the body is narrowed in a section by at least one fold or a similar shape.
As a result, several identical packages can be stacked one inside the other.
It has also proved to be very advantageous in this context if the body is designed to be folded conically along its entire length.
This ensures a stack that saves space in particular.
According to another development of the invention, it is extremely advantageous that the body be bent into a meander.
This ensures that the material is distributed evenly around the circumference of the body.
In this context, it has proven to be very advantageous if the meander fold is only provided in the narrow section of the body.
The body is given its conical shape with the bend in the shape of a meander.
In another advantageous development of the invention, the body is designed to be very conical in the area of one of its ends.
By doing this, an opening is created for the emptying that looks like a piping bag.
In another very advantageous development of the invention, a ring or similar element projecting outwards is provided at one end of the package.
This ring can be used to secure "the packing in a removable device." It also ensures that the stacked packages can be separated from each other.
In another very advantageous development of the invention, the package opens at one end and is designed to allow closure with a lid.
The packaging can be filled particularly easily and quickly through that opening. Additionally, the contents of the package can be pressed out through the opening for emptying by means of the lid.
In this context, it has proven to be very advantageous that the lid is sealed.
It is also very advantageous that the cover t -4-glued.
Both of these alternatives guarantee a verifiable evident packing closure.
It has been proven that it is very advantageous for the lid to fit over, or inside the body.
In both cases, the package is tightly closed by the lid.
It is also extremely advantageous that the lid has a predetermined rupture line.
The lid or part of the lid can be separated from the body along this predetermined rupture line and can, if necessary, be pressed into the body with the help of a plunger.
It has also been proven that it is very advantageous for the lid to be pressed into the space created by the body when the package is being emptied.
The contents of the package can be pressed out through the opening for emptying with this lid, as a result of which an obvious representation of the plug occurs.
In a further, very advantageous development, the opening for the emptying is closed by sealing and / or by gluing.
This ensures that the product can not inadvertently escape the package.
It has also been proven to be very advantageous if the opening for emptying is designed to have a specific shape, such as the approximate shape of a star.
This improves the removal of the product, while, as a result, the latter is given an attractive appearance after removal.
It is also extremely advantageous if the opening for emptying is defined by a predetermined breaking line.
This means that the opening for emptying can be exposed by removing the closure.
It has also been proven to be very advantageous if the opening for pouring is designed to project.
An opening for the casting that is projected can, for example, be opened with a knife.
In another advantageous development of the invention, the opening for emptying is closed with a closure.
Then the opening for emptying can be opened particularly easily.
In this context, it is very advantageous if the closure is glued or sealed.
Sealing or gumming is a reliable and economical method of coupling.
In another advantageous development of the invention, the closure is designed in the form of a label.
A label can communicate information, p. e. , include details about the contents, in addition to its function as a closure.
In another very advantageous development of the invention, the body is produced from a plastic such as a polypropylene or polyethylene.
In this context, it is very advantageous if the body is manufactured by the injection molding process.
Plastics can be processed very effectively through the injection grinding process.
It is also very advantageous if the body is produced through thermoforming.
Thermoforming is a standard process for producing plastic containers, particularly with thin walls.
However, it is also very advantageous if, according to the invention, the body is formed of paper and closed lengthwise with a longitudinal seam.
Paper that can be covered with plastic also represents an alternative for packaging made exclusively of plastic.
A representation of the invention is shown in the drawings.
Figure 1 is a view of a package according to the invention, Figure 2 is a cross section of the same package, and Figure 3 is an image of this package.
In Figure 1, (1) is a package designed to house free flowing, and pasty products, such as a soft ice cream or similar products, with a body (2). At one of its ends, the body (2) has a closing opening (3) that can be closed with a lid (4). The lid (4) is secured in its position against the inner wall of the body (2). However, a different method for coupling the lid (4) can also be conceived. The body (?) Is closed at its other end. An emptying opening (6) has a star-shaped edge (7) that is provided in the wall (5) of this end. The edge (7) may have a different outline instead of this one. The opening for emptying is closed with a closure (8) in the form of a label, although other closures can be used instead. The closure (8) is sealed, but may also be glued or coupled by other means. It is also conceivable that the opening for emptying is designed to project. Part of the projecting opening for emptying is then cut to open the package. In a section (9) a little before the wall (5) of the end, the body (2) tapers sharply toward this wall. The body (2) has a ring (10) projecting outward in the area of the opening (3) for filling.
The body of narrow slightly conical between the ring (10) and the section (9). The narrowed shape makes it possible to stack several packages (1) without filling and / or emptying, one inside the other.
The package (1) is emptied with the help of a plunger that is not illustrated, pressing the lid (4) with the plunger into the space defined by the body. The plunger has the same diameter as the opening (3) for filling.
The body (2) curves like a meander in the area where it tapers conically between the ring (10) and the section (9), the deviations of the meander (11) form a circle that becomes larger as it becomes larger. increases the narrowing. As a result, the circumference of the body remains constant throughout the entire constricted area.
When the plunger is pressed into the constricted area, the plunger widens the constriction until the cross section corresponds to that of the plunger. Depending on the material used for the body (2), this widening is reversible, e.g. ex. , the body returns to its original shape as soon as the plunger is removed from the body (2).
The body (2) is configured to curve as a meander in the section (9), which also narrows sharply. When the body (2) is widened, the section (9) is pulled in the direction of the plunger and is at least approximately right angles from the rest of the body (2.) when the plunger has been fully pressed in. This ensures that nothing of the product remains in the packaging (1) · However, it is also conceivable that the circumference of the body (2) decreases slightly from the opening for filling in the direction towards the opening (6) for emptying. When the plunger is pressed into the package (1), then the body (2) is widened.
It is also conceivable that the lid (4) is a piston by itself, and is pressed into the package (1) · In combination with a slightly decreasing body circumference, it is then ensured that the plunger that has been pressed into the package (1) can no longer be removed from it. Then the package "can be used exactly once and therefore has an obvious representation of tamponade particularly effective.
The empty package (1) and the unfilled packing (1) can be stored one inside the other, as long as the plunger is removed again. The ring (10) prevents the packages (1) from sliding one inside the other until they are difficult to separate from each other again. The stacking of the packages (1) reduces the volume of the packages (1) that have to be handled when several packages have been inserted one inside the other.
The body (2) can be produced from plastic, particularly polypropylene or polyethylene, paper or a similar material.
