Description

REMOVABLE TRAINING CHAIR FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention refers to articles, accessories and furniture, used to train and train infants in the feeding process. More specifically it refers to a removable trainer chair, of the so-called periqueras, to train small children in feeding.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The training chairs, daily called "periqueras" are adapted chairs to facilitate sitting and feeding infants, who due to their immaturity lack balance and muscle tone, in addition to lacking the necessary patience to eat on their own.
There are hatches with base or to be mounted on any common chair; but the assembly configuration of said articles is definitive, being generally rigid structures, not removable and only some of them can be foldable for storage and transportation.
All the existing periquera chairs present a pallet (cover or surface in which the food is deposited for its intake) removable, which facilitates the access of the infant and the cleaning of the same.
All these chairs have a security harness whose function is to hold the infants and those that lack base and that are mounted on other common chairs, have a second harness to attach those periqueras to the chair in which ride Known perique chairs are manufactured either from wood or from plastic materials such as polypropylene or polyethylene by the extrusion-blowing process, generating rigid and generally heavy products, so their maneuverability is limited; in addition to requiring some additional accessories for fixing and assembly when it consists of several pieces that have to be fixed permanently.
Some of the periqueras, due to their rigidity, require an extra cushion and those that present it, is generally based on foamed polyurethane lined with some fabric or plastic laminate which in turn is fixed both to the seat and the backrest by means of of beads and / or screws.
For all the above-mentioned drawbacks, it was thought to develop a removable saddle that is made of a light material that on the one hand provides a certain hardness to support the weight of an infant and on the other hand has a certain flexibility that provides a cushion on its own and in which will eliminate all the disadvantages described.
OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION The main objective of the present invention is to allow a training chair of the type known as periquera chair, which is easily removable and mountable in all its elements, without the need of using additional means of fastening in its coupling.
Another objective of the present invention is to make available said removable trainer chair, which is also ergonomic and functional.
Still another object of the invention is to allow said removable trainer chair, which also avoids the use of additional elements for the cushioning.
A further object of the invention is to allow said demountable trainer chair, which is also highly economical in its production and with ease of volume production.
Still another object of the invention is to allow said removable trainer chair, which is also of a non-toxic material, rigid enough to hold a small child and sufficiently flexible and soft to provide cushioning.
And all those qualities and objectives that will become apparent when making a description of the present invention supported by the illustrated modalities.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Generally speaking, the removable training chair, according to the present invention, consists of a series of independent, movable structural elements that can be coupled together and uncoupled from one another, which are a seat, a backrest that can be attached to the back of said seat, two lateral supports coupled to the sides of said seat and in said backrest, said seat being elevated, a support crosspiece attachable to the front lower part of said seat and laterally to said lateral supports, a pallet or cover attachable to the upper part front of said lateral supports, generating a cavity between said backrest, said lateral supports and said pallet, with or without a support post of the pallet disposed in the front part between said seat and said pallet. · The lower edge of the backrest, the lateral supports and the lower front crossbar, are at the same level generating the support points of the chair.
Furniture made of rigid material requires that the grooves be precise and perfectly squared for the coupling between elements. In the case of attachable furniture intended for a children's audience, the flexible, lightweight material in which the grooves do not necessarily have to comprise exact dimensions depending on the coupling flanges and which can be coupled with a slight deformation with adequate stability; It is highly practical and functional while preventing infants from getting hurt.
For the elaboration of said removable trainer chair, a non-toxic material was searched, which was sufficiently rigid to support a small child and which, due to its softness, does not require extra components to serve as a cushion.
The properties for the material to achieve the characteristics mentioned above, must have a hardness of between 25 ° shore with a density of 0.10 to 0.12 g / cm3 at a hardness of 55 ° shore with a density of 0.18 to 0.20 g / cm3 and preferably with a hardness of 32 ° shore with a density of 0.12 to 0.14 g / cm3.
After several studies it was found that Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (E.V.A) foamed and rolled or a mixture of E.V.A. With foamed and laminated low density polyethylene, it complies with the characteristics indicated above, in addition to granting a wide range of attractive colors for the market.
Although other foamed and laminated plastic materials can be used that achieve these properties of hardness and density.
This product is designed to be used in any application that requires comfort, impact absorption, thermal insulation (from -4 ° C to 40 ° C) flexibility or acoustic insulation.
This foamed material can be manufactured in any color, so these products can include colorants, titanium dioxide or carbon black in their formulations.
In order to better understand the characteristics of the invention, the present description, as an integral part thereof, is accompanied by the drawings, which are illustrative but not limiting, which are described below.
