Description

FASTENING CLIP DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an independent gripping fastener for cooperating with at least one fastening component, such as a rope, a strip, a handle, a band for surrounding an object or a portion of the current object. A fastener of this type has already been described in the French patent application number 99 07343 filed by the applicant. Such a bra is designed to facilitate transport and limit fatigue as well as pain due to the fact that several bags are transported. For this, the fastener has a cylindrical section and is provided with a passage to insert any type of product that is provided with a transport strip or a plastic strip that acts as a strip, therein. This type of fastener is known and described in the aforementioned application, and is also designed to cooperate with an elastic wire on the platform of a motor vehicle, which is stretched between two supports that are fixed on both sides of the latter for the purpose of hanging the fasteners in it after the handles or the strips of the bags have been inserted in the fastener. The practice has shown that the use of these fasteners is in fact relatively limited because they are produced by molding in a rigid material, and the space reserved for the passage of the strips has a limitation with respect to the thickness of the latter and does not allow the insertion of the portions of components that are to be transported with a thickness greater than said space. The object of the present invention is to specifically find a remedy for this drawback by providing a fastener which allows it to be transported over a wide range of thicknesses of a rope, strip or handle of an object or even a portion of the same object, this without increasing the dimensions of the space reserved for the fastener. For this purpose, the invention relates to an independent grasping fastener cooperating with at least one fastening component such as a cord, a strip, a handle, a surrounding band of an object or a portion of the current object, characterized because it consists of a cylindrical body closed on itself in the same plane and elastically deformable, on both sides of the latter to define a free opening for the hand of a user and at the same time generates between its two end areas facing each other a reserved space of variable dimension "e", in order to allow, the introduction of the fastening component of the object to be transported in the fastener, without any deformation of the latter if it has a thickness compatible with "e", where the reserved space or the introduction of a fastening component with a larger thickness of "e" of the reserved space, by elastically deforming the fastener on both sides of its plane and by exerting a torsion of the latter to cause a displacement of the end areas that define said space. The present invention also relates to features which become apparent during the description that follows, and which must be considered individually or in accordance with all possible technical combinations. This description is provided as a non-limiting example and will provide a better understanding of the manner in which the invention can be produced, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Figure 1 illustrates a plan view of a grasping fastener, according to the invention.
Figure 2 illustrates a side view according to Figure 1. Figure 3 illustrates a top view according to 1-a Figure 1. Figure 4 is a plan view of a grasping fastener according to an alternative embodiment. Figure 5 is a side view according to Figure 4, and Figure 6 is a top view according to Figure 4. Figure 7 is a cross-sectional view along line VII-VII of the figure 1. Figure 8 is a sectional view along the line VIII-VIII of Figure 3. Figure 9 is a side view according to Figure 8, and Figure 10 is a top view according to Figure 8. Figure 11 is a plan view of a fastener according to Figure 4, in which the bag handles, which have a thickness, have been inserted. not greater than the space reserved for the holder, figure 12 is a perspective view of a fastener according to figure 1 elastically deformed to allow the passage of a strip or an object with a larger dimension than the reserved space. Figures 13 and 14 illustrate the fastening of an object, whose strips are of larger dimensions than the reserved space, during the insertion of the fastener and after the insertion of the latter, respectively. Figures 15 and 16 illustrate, according to another application example, the fastening of an object, whose strips are of larger dimensions than the reserved space, during the insertion of the fastener and after the insertion of the latter, respectively. Figure 17 is an example of application of several fasteners according to the invention, suitable for transport, on the platform of a vehicle, by means of an elastic wire placed between both side walls of the vehicle. The independent gripping clamp, generally designed with the number 1 in all figures 1 to 12, consists of a 2-cylindrical body closed on itself in the same plane P and elastically deformable on both sides of the latter in order to defining a free opening 3 for the hand 4 of a user, and at the same time generating between its two end areas 8 and 9, facing each other, a reserved space of variable dimension "e", this in order to allow the introduction of the fastening component 6, 6A, 6B of the object 7, 7A to be transported in the fastener 1, 1? without any deformation of the latter, if it has a thickness compatible with that of the reserved space 5 or the introduction of a fastening component 6 with a thickness greater than "e" of the space reserved for elastically deforming the fastener 1, 1A in both sides of its plane P and exert torsion TT 'on the latter in order to cause a displacement of the end areas 8, 9 that define the space 5. The cylindrical body 2 can be solid and can be obtained by molding a material elastically deformable. However, preferably, the cylindrical body 2 is hollow and consists of two symmetrical covers 2A, 2B which are joined by the joint plane P and elastically deformed simultaneously. In this case, the covers 2? 2B which form the cylindrical body 2 are centered one with respect to the other by means of a lip 10 prepared on the entire periphery of the plane P for joining a cover 2A, which cooperate with a groove 11 coincident of the other 2B by interlocking. According to another characteristic of the invention, the covers 2A, 2B forming the cylindrical body 2 are positively joined together by means of a plurality of elastically deformable hooks 12, 13, made in pairs, so that they face each other, in a head-to-tail configuration, within each of the covers 2A, 2B at different positions of the latter so that they cooperate with each other by resilient locking when assembled, which returns the inseparable covers. According to this exemplary embodiment (Figure 10) there are six hooks 12 and 13. In fact, each of the internal hooks 12 forms at its end a projection 14 similar to a nose having a sliding ramp 16 capable of cooperating, when assembles, with the ramp 17 of the projection 15 similar to the nose of a hook 13 facing in order to allow them to move away from each other during assembly and coupling together when the planes P of joining the covers 2A, 2B are they put in contact with each other. In addition, each of the covers 2A, 2B includes an internal centering means, which is formed on the one hand by a plurality of bolts 18 placed on one of the covers 2A, which face a matching number of hollow cylinders (not shown) which are processed in the other cover 2B. According to the present example (Figure 10), the bolts 18 are four and of course coincide with an equal number of hollow cylinders. To prevent the parts from being deformed under a certain tension, a plurality of internal reinforcing bars 19 are produced in each of the covers 2A, 2B (FIG. 10). According to the present exemplary embodiment (FIG. 10), the transverse reinforcing bars 19 are seven. Advantageously, the centered lips and the slots 10, 11, the assembly hooks 12, 13 and the hollow centering bolts and cylinders 18, as well as the transverse reinforcing bars 19 are obtained during the same molding operation for each cover 2A, 2B respective. According to another feature of the invention, the fastener 1 on the inner side of the right portion that includes the space reserved for the insertion of the fastening components 6, 6A, 6B includes ergonomic markings for four of the user's fingers. , that is, the index, middle, ring and little finger, the thumb is located above when the straight portion fits into the palm of the user's hand. According to another characteristic of the invention, it is included on the inner side of the straight portion parallel to that which includes the reserved space 5, rough characteristics 21 having a function to prevent slippage when the fastening component 6, 6A, 6B of one or more subjects 7, 7A are introduced into the fastener 1, 1A and when they are transported. According to another feature of the invention, the covers 2A, 2B, once assembled, generally have the configuration of an isosceles trapezium for which the angles a and a2 of the base B are truncated, one of these truncated angles of one of the covers 2A is extended with a dowel 22 formed by two flat walls 24, 25 defining a housing 23 for introducing a carry mark or a wire connecting several fasteners together. With such a design of a fastener in two resiliently deformable portions, both covers 2A and 2B, by means of the centering bolts 18 can be prevented from slipping one over the other as soon as there is a certain weight. The reinforcing ribs 19, by themselves, prevent deformation of the fastener under certain stresses. Tests have shown that the hooks 12, 13 made in this manner facing each other in the covers 2A, 2B, allow the latter to remain interdependent up to a load of more than 50 kg. As shown in Figure 17, according to a particular example of application, the fasteners 1A provided with a dowel 22 and therefore with a housing 23 allow the passage of an elastic wire 28 which is placed on both sides in the direction of rotation. the platform of an automobile vehicle, by means of two supports 26 and 27. The fasteners 1A in this way can receive the fastening components 6, for example from the plastic bags filled with various objects and in this way provide the advantage to limit the movements of the latter when they are transported in a motor vehicle and in this way they are prevented from spreading on the platform. In order to take the bags from the platform again, it is sufficient to release the elastic wire 28 and fasten each of the clips 1A with the bags, which are stopped in order to transfer them from one place to another simultaneously.
