Abstract
Said assembly comprises a device for rolling blinds, which is designed to be connected to the ends of an axle (1) of a winding drum (2). It comprises a support portion coupled and retained by locking of at least one elastic element defined in a support element (3) for fixing to a ceiling (4) or a wall so that said support portion extends radially in relation to the axle (1) of the drum (2). It also comprises a cavity with an access opening. The support element (3) has two flaps (9) that are elastically deformable and can be snapped into said cavity, which can stick out of two opposite windows (1) in the above mentioned cavity.
Description
SHRINKLE REEL SET
The present invention consists of a roller shutter assembly comprising a shutter winding device provided to be arranged connected to the shaft ends of a winding drum; which comprises a support portion coupled with interlocking retention of at least one elastic element defined in a support element for its attachment to a roof or in a wall, so that said support portion extends radially with respect to the axis of the drum and it comprises a cavity with an access opening, and in that the support element incorporates two fins, with elastic deformation and snap fit within said cavity capable of protruding through two facing windows of said cavity.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the state of the art, different fastening systems, by means of clips, of blind elements are known. The Spanish utility model n ° 9600893 (1033780U) "Fixation device for mounting blind drawers", in the name of Persianas Persax, SA, is specially designed for coupling or mutual fixing between end walls and profiles or plates constituting the longitudinal walls, and uses a clipping system, in correspondence with each fixing point provided between the head and the plate, which must incorporate a first tab to which the clip is attached and then the clip is attached to the profile or plate. In US Pat. No. 5,709,258, of Advanced Design Group, LLC, clipping systems are provided in the lintel to fix the rope lifting system. It is also known the clipping system in US Patent No. 5,273,096 where a clip is used to fix a tubular member and the strap or cable to raise and lower the blind. All these inventions still can not solve the same problem. Once you have the guide of the blind, sometimes with the curtains themselves put, how to lower it from the ceiling or the wall or hang it again with hardly any problems of belts, cables, guides, etc.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION REQUESTED
The purpose of the application is to facilitate the task of placing blinds by simply installing them, facilitating their assembly and subsequent extraction if necessary. One of the big problems for the placement of blinds was that the support that supported the blind, when fixing it to a fixed element such as a wall or ceiling, or it had to be mounted together with the shutter roller, which hindered the exact placement of the same by the weight of this last element, or else said support consisted of a square to which, once fixed to the wall, the shutter roller had to be mounted, the problems previously mentioned did not disappear.
The inventor has created a set that facilitates the placement of the support by its small size and weight, and on the other hand the reel should not be mounted, because simply by inserting the support into a cavity associated with the reel element, through a similar mechanism to a clip, the support is locked within the cavity and the winding element is thereby held.
Likewise, if the aforementioned winding element is to be disassembled, fins existing in the support itself are simply tightened and the winding element is freed by its own weight. A protuberance is provided in the support, which, once introduced into the cavity, is housed inside a second cavity between two walls inside the first cavity, with the technical characteristic of supporting the weight of the reel element, when the effort of the set should be of the horizontal type and not vertical. Another advantage of this system is that it allows to reduce the dimensions and weight of the means for actuating the winding element.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
In order to facilitate the explanation, a sheet of drawings in which a practical case of embodiment has been represented, which is cited only by way of example, not limiting the scope of the present invention, is attached to the present specification. In said sheet of drawings:
Figure 1 shows a front view of the roller shutter assembly, with a section cut of the fixing of a support element on the roof, without being mounted on the roof. Figure 2 illustrates a side view of the assembly, without being mounted on the roof. Figure 3 consists of a partial front view of the assembly, already mounted on the roof, with a cut in section that leaves the support element in view. Figure 4 shows a partial side view of the assembly, already mounted on the roof, with a cut in section that leaves the aforementioned support element in view.
CONCRETE REALIZATION OF THE INVENTION REQUESTED
Figure 1 is a view of the assembly comprising a first part composed of support elements (3), a portion (15) joining two tabs (16) of said support element (3), with a protuberance (14) in the center of the aforesaid portion (15), fins (9) at the end of each pin (16), a hole (5) in said portion (15), in order to pass a screw (11) for fixing said portion (15) to a wall or ceiling (4); and a second piece that incorporates a support portion (6), which comprises a winding drum (2) with an axis (1), windows (10) belonging to a cavity (7) located inside said portion of support (6), inside which two walls (13) that define a cavity (12) are also located.
The aforementioned first piece that includes the support element (3), with the wing (9), fixed to the roof (4) and said second piece comprising the winding drum (2) with its axis (1), the portion of support (6) and window (10) are illustrated in Figure 2. Figure 3 determines the said assembly once said support element (3), properly fixed to the roof (4), has been introduced into the cavity (7), located inside said support portion (6), with the two fins (9) partially on the outside of the aforesaid support portion (6), through the previously mentioned windows, also appreciating the two walls (13) delimiting the cavity (12) for introduction of the protuberance (14). Figure 4 shows the way of fixing the assembly, object of the present invention, in the roof (4), by means of the screw (11) that passes through the hole (5) in the portion (15). In this way, in a first phase, which is all performed on the first piece, the support element is fixed
(3) by the portion (15) to the roof (4) or to a wall, by means of a screw (11) that passes through said portion (15) through a hole (5) made therein for this purpose. The second piece approaches the first piece, in such a way that the first piece is inserted inside the first cavity (7), belonging to the second piece, being necessary for this to press on the two fins (9), to allow the entry of the aforementioned first piece within the second.
Once the first piece is inside the second piece, the resulting position is as follows: the flaps (9) come out partially to the outside by means of the windows (10), fixing and preventing the first and second pieces from being separated by action of gravity, also introducing the protrusion (14) in the cavity (12), located the latter between the walls (13). In order to separate the two pieces, only the two wings (9) must be pressed inwards in such a way that they no longer apply fixation and the force of gravity separates the two pieces. The protrusion (14) is significantly relevant in the assumption that the fixing of the portion (15) is made in a wall and not in the ceiling, thus the assembly is located perpendicular to the position explained above, so that said The protrusion facilitates that the assembly remains firm and upright in the given position, due to the pressure exerted on the walls (13). The present invention describes a new assembly for blind roller. The examples mentioned herein are not limiting of the present invention, therefore may have different applications and / or adaptations, all within the scope of the following claims.
