Description

SHUTTER WITH I, BUILT-HAND FOR FAT, SOS CEILINGS D E S C R T P C T O N OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an apparatus with a recessed lamp for false ceilings, especially designed to overcome the deficiencies of the devices with traditional open-mounted lamps in a false ceiling, in addition to improving the visual aesthetics. The improvement can transform the dazzling light into soft light, which fatigue less the user's eyes and, when equipped with an electronic switch, an adjustment can be obtained with several levels of illumination, which in turn gives different interior brightness.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION An appliance with a normal recessed lamp for a false ceiling consists of a flat fluorescent lamp assembly whose structural feature is that there is not enough space reserved for the set of fluorescent lamps. The set consists of a flat reflecting cover, several fluorescent lamps and a grid. The fluorescent lamps are mounted between the grid and the reflecting cover. Light is emitted directly by fluorescent lamps as well as reflected by the reflecting cover. Although the fluorescent lamp in false ceilings has been used successfully for many years, it certainly has many disadvantages, which are described below: - The grid is formed by several crossed metal strips. It is an open-shaped barrier from which the descending light comes without passing a light filter, so that it is usually very strong and dazzles the eyes that look at it. People inside the room may feel uncomfortable looking at fluorescent lamps when lifting their heads. Although the traditional lamp fixture suspended from a false ceiling can be equipped with a tulip, it is a flat piece and is mounted on the false ceiling. As the tulip is also parallel to the ceiling, the visual effect is sad and bland.
- When the switch is operated, all the fluorescent lamps light up at the same time and turn off at the same time when the switch closes. The interior brightness can not be adjusted to obtain the desired degree of illumination.
- If the number of sockets does not correspond to the number of the project, the user may feel that the lighting is not balanced within the area of the reflective cover.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention aims to overcome the deficiencies of the fluorescent lamp assembly described above for false ceilings, making it more practical in its use and more visually aesthetic.
The main object of the invention is to provide an apparatus with a recessed lamp for false ceilings, in which the light does not come directly from the lamps but passes through a tulip, making the brightness of the room soft and not damaging the view.
The second object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus with recessed lamp for false ceilings with a spherical shaped tulip inserted in the ceiling, in order to vary the appearance thereof and improve the aesthetic effect.
The third object of the present invention is to provide an appliance with a recessed lamp for false ceilings with a very careful design of the sockets so that users can assemble from one to four bulbs and arrange them in a balanced way making the light uniform and smooth .
The fourth object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus with recessed lamp for false ceilings with an electronic switch to control the number of bulbs that shine in order to achieve the desired lighting in the room.
Therefore, the present invention is intended to provide an apparatus with recessed lamp for false ceilings. A base is fixed in the existing space in the false ceiling in which a cover or reflective screen is installed on the base. Inside, and in the upper part of the reflective cover, respectively, a fixed seat and an outlet support are mounted. The socket for the lamp socket is made up of several fixed support tabs located on the periphery of a socket. You can mount one to four sockets for the bulbs on the various fixed support tabs. In the center of the plinth there is a central vertical bar that goes upwards. This central bar reaches the upper end of the reflective cover where there is a zone for heat dissipation. It goes through the hollow spherical tulip through the hole iHrUt íM ** ^ - * • *** - * "- - - - ~ - - -» * - • +. - - - - * • - «the base described above and connects the upper end of the With the fixed seat described, therefore, the support of the socket of the lamp, the sockets of the bulbs and the bulbs go within the space of the tulip. The tulip can be of different colors, and in Combination with its spherical shape creates a fresh environment by emitting a harmonious and soft light.
The present invention as well as its objects and functions can be better understood by looking at the following figures.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, according to a preferred example of practical realization thereof, an assembly of drawings is included as an integral part of said description. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION In view of the aforementioned figures, the present invention has for its object to provide a built-in lamp device for false ceilings, said apparatus having a base (1), an outlet support for the fluorescent light bulbs (2), a support cap (26) for the assembly of different bulbs (27), a tulip (3), a fixed seat (4) and a reflective cover (5).
Between these elements, the base (1) is inserted in the false ceiling, and is provided with a base hole (11) and a protruding ring (12) located on the periphery of the base hole (11).
A preferred embodiment of the reflective cover (5) is a conical cover with a smooth curved inner surface capable of reflecting the light generated by the fluorescent bulbs. On the upper end of the part penetrating the false ceiling, in order to dissipate the heat of the reflective cover, there is a support bar (51) with a central hole (510). On both sides of the central hole (510) there are several screw holes (511) in the appropriate area of the support bar (51).
The fixed seat (4) is a disk-shaped element with a hole liif ÉlfflililfiH 'niriiiiri JT - * - ^ ----' ^ - "- ^^ • * - *« - seat (41) in its center and several holes for screws (42) at its upper end, corresponding the different holes for screws (42) with the screw holes (511) described In the same way, in the inner part of the fixed seat (4) there is a concave groove (43) or internal thread (as seen in figure 3).
The support structure of the fluorescent lamp socket (2) is formed by several fixed support flaps (22) located on the periphery of the socket (21), where at least one of the different bulbs can be mounted on the eyelashes Fixed support (22). A vertical central bar (23) goes in the center of the base (21). A preferred embodiment of the central bar (23) is a hollow spiral tube. In this way a step is obtained for the electric cables and for the dissipation of the heat generated by the fluorescent bulbs.
In Figure 5 a preferred embodiment of the structure of the support of the socket of the bushing (2) is observed; the support is provided with six fixed support tabs (22) on the periphery of the plinth (21), designated as (A), (B), (C), (D), (E) and (F). The arrangement of the fixed support tabs (22) on the periphery of the base (21) determines that (A-B-C-D) are located at 90 ° to one another, while (A-E-F) are at 120 ° to each other. The object of this arrangement is to achieve a balanced distribution of light when one or more lamps are switched on, as well as to achieve uniform and soft illumination. For example: if a single bulb is mounted, it can be mounted on any of the six fixed support tabs (A-B-C-D-E-F). In the case of two bulbs, they can be mounted on the fixed support tabs (A-B) or on the (C-D). This is so to place the bulbs in symmetrical positions and to evenly distribute the light they emit. In the case of three bulbs, they can be mounted on the fixed support tabs (A-E-F) in order to achieve a uniformly distributed illumination. In the case of four bulbs, they can be mounted on the fixed support tabs (A-B-C-D) in order to achieve uniformly distributed lighting. The fixed support tabs described (22) are to be joined at the periphery of the base (21). They can be in one piece or they can be screwed, riveted or in any other way.
A preferred embodiment of the tulip (3) of the present invention is a spherical element with a hollow interior space and an opening at its upper end. On the periphery of the opening there are convex pins (31) or an external thread.
The assembly of the described components of the present invention consists in passing the screws (52) through the holes (51 1) and (42) of the support bar (51) and the fixed seat (4) respectively, to then fix the Fixed seat (4) to the underside of the support bar (51) of the reflective cover (5) by screwing the screws (52) with a nut. Although the fixed seat (4) is fixed to the inner face of the support bar (51), the fixed seat (4) does not obstruct the hollow passage space in the upper part of the reflective cover (5) since the diameter of the hole of the base is sufficiently wide. In other words, after the fixed seat (4) is mounted on the underside of the support bar (51) of the reflective cover (5), the passage in the upper part of the reflective cover remains open and accessible, being able to So dissipate the heat generated by fluorescent light bulbs. In addition, the sockets (26) provided with the bulbs (27) are screwed onto the fixed plate (22) of the socket outlet (2). As for the arrangement of the ferrules (26) in the fixed plate (22), the method described can be followed according to the number of ferrules that have been mounted. The hollow spiral tube used as the central bar (23) must be previously screwed with a tine (24), then the central bar (23) is passed through the central hole (510) of the support bar (51). At least another nut (25) is used to fix the central bar (23) and the nuts (24) and (25) are tightened to the upper and lower faces of the support bar (51) respectively to fix the central bar (23). ) to the support bar (51). After having pulled the electric cable coming from the lower end through the central bar (23) from its upper end it is connected to the contacts of the different sockets of the lamps with their corresponding secondary cables. In addition, users can adjust the distance between the light source and the floor according to their needs. The adjustment consists first of loosening the nuts (24) and (25) and vertically moving the central bar (23), which in turn moves the lamps (27) up or down to the desired position and finally tighten the nuts (24) and (25). After having fixed the fixed seat (4), the bushing (2), the sockets of sockets (26), and the bulbs (27), the reflective cover (5) can now be positioned by holding it on the periphery of the protruding ring (12) located in the upper part of the base (1) (as seen in figure 3), so that the lower end of the reflective cover (5) can be placed in a position opposite the hole the base (11) in the base (1). Finally, in the pins (31) of the tulip (3) are firmly attached to the internal thread (43) of the fixed seat (4), making the bulbs (27) and the sockets (26) are contained within the hollow space of the tulip (3). Figure 4 shows the general appearance of the assembly assembled.
The connection of the tulip (3) and the fixed seat (4) can also be made in two ways: first fixing the groove and the pins as described above, and second, by threading the internal thread of the inner face of the fixed seat ( 4) and the external thread of the outer face of the tulip (3).
In accordance with the foregoing, the apparatus of the invention There is at least one of the following advantages: - Various tulip colors are available to meet customer demand and colors can also change the brightness of the light and make it softer, which is more comfortable for the eyes.
- The support of the socket can be hidden inside the tulip, which produces a better visual effect, and the spherical tulip can also have a greater stereoscopic effect, thus obtaining a better aesthetic than that of the traditional fluorescent tube device.
- An electronic switch can be incorporated into the current lamp device in order to adjust the degree of illumination of the room in the desired way.
- If desired, you can mount one to four bulbs in the socket outlet to obtain a uniformly distributed light when there is more than one lamp, thus giving a uniform and soft lighting.
