Description

ELECTRONIC IGNITION DEVICE FOR GAS INTEGRATED WITH A TERMINAL BOARD TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention refers to an electronic device ignited by gas integrated with a board of power terminals and which is connected directly to the wires of a power cable. BACKGROUND OF THE ART The increase in demand for the integrated components is also felt in the household appliances industry to simplify and accelerate the assembly of the components of the appliance, and in particular of the body of the appliance. In the case of gas ovens, and also stoves, the components normally mounted on the body of the appliance, or the stove, are the electronic device powered by gas and the power terminal board. The terminal board is designed to receive and retain power from the cable of various electrical devices (for example, lights, burner lighter, etc.) and, above all, to ground the body of the appliance and / or stove. which are conductive metallic elements. The electronic gas ignition device, on the other hand, is the main device to be supplied with power, and provides for the ignition of the burners by means of respective high-voltage terminals, which are connected by means of conducting wires to electrodes mounted to the stove, near the burners, which, being grounded by means of the stove, act as counter electrodes. It is known that the above integration problems are solved using a standard terminal board having a shaped support body for storing a complete standard ignition device with a separate independent frame, so that the ignition device is pre-assembled to the terminal board, which is then mounted to the apparatus in one operation. Although the time it takes to assemble the components to the apparatus is reduced, the above solution has the drawback of increasing the time it takes to assemble the components and the cost of the components themselves. In addition, in many applications, using a standard terminal board designed for high currents (eg, 12 amps) is pointless waste. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide an integrated device designed to eliminate the drawbacks mentioned above, and which, in particular, is inexpensive and easy to manufacture, which can be assembled quickly and easily, and can be used without distinction for stoves or for more complex household appliances such as gas ovens.
In accordance with the present invention, an electronic gas ignition device integrated with a terminal board is provided, the device comprises a frame made of insulating material; high voltage electronic impulse generating mechanisms that include at least one transformer having a secondary winding, the ends of which are connected to respective high voltage terminals; and arming mechanisms for positioning the frame removably to a support surface of an element of the conductive metal body of a household appliance; in particular, a stove with gas burners, characterized in that the frame is mounted directly in relation to the supply contacts located in a specially formed portion of the frame to form a power terminal board, which is connected exclusively and only to the generating mechanisms of the high voltage electronic impulse, and to which the wires of a power cable are connected. More specifically, the frame is made of molded synthetic plastic material, and comprises of a cup-shaped body, a cavity that stores at least one transformer; and a box portion, which is formed integrally with the cup-shaped body, which stores at least part of the high-voltage electronic pulse generating mechanisms, and is directly mounted with the respective power contacts that are mounted on the box portion to form, together with the box portion, the terminal board. Likewise, the terminal board can be designed only taking into account the maximum current related to the gas lighter (less than 1 amp), thus allowing a reduction in the size of the terminal board. In addition, all the components of the terminal board and gas lighter are carried by the same frame and are wired directly into each other within the frame, which gives the component savings, reduced size and weight, simplified assembly, and even the possibility of electrically connecting the contacts of the terminal board directly to a component, for example, a printed circuit, of the gas lighter. In a preferred embodiment, the contacts of the terminal board, which are Faston class, are introduced under pressure on a first inner face of the box portion, and one of them, which acts as a ground contact, has a tongue projecting outward from the box portion and parallel to and facing a second face of the box portion opposite to the first, so that the body of the apparatus (or stove) can be grounded by simply mounting the tongue to East. Being parallel to the axial extension of the box portion, the tongue in no way prevents the device from being inserted into or removed from the apparatus, despite the fact that w this is done from inside or outside the body of the apparatus Finally, on the second side face, the cage portion of the frame comprises an integral connector for connecting the high voltage pulse generating mechanisms to respective device control mechanisms; and the cup-shaped body carries the high-voltage terminals stored in through ducts formed integrally with a bottom wall of the cup-shaped body perpendicular to the first and second faces of the box portion, thus preventing, in Use, any crossing of conductors of the catenary control cables and the high-voltage cables of the burners. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS A non-limited embodiment of the present invention will be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Figure 1 shows a longitudinal elevation of the integrated device, according to the invention; Figure 2 shows a partially sectioned longitudinal view of the device of Figure 1 rotated 90 °; Figure 3 shows a section along the line III-III of the device of Figure 2. BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Number 1 in Figures 1 to 3 generally indicates an electronic ignition device by gas , which, of you will see, it is connected exclusively and only to the high voltage electronic pulse generating mechanisms 4, and is designed to receive the wires of a known power cable (not shown only for simplicity). More specifically, the frame is made of molded synthetic plastic material, and comprises of a cup-shaped body 19, a cavity 20 which stores the transformer or the transformers 5 (in the example shown, two transformers 5); and the portion 18, which is substantially in the form of a parallelepiped shaped box and is formed integrally with the cup-shaped body 19. The box portion 18 has a bottom wall defining two opposite faces; an outer face 21 which in use faces the surface 11 of the body 12; and an inner face 22. On the side of the face 22, the box portion 18 stores at least part of the high voltage electronic pulse generating mechanisms 4 (shown schematically by a dotted line), including at least part of a known printed circuit 25 (or connection board supporting an electric track circuit), and is mounted directly on the face 22 with the supply contacts 15 and 16. The contacts 15, 16 are defined by Faston blade contacts, introduced under pressure in known manner, not shown, on the face 22 and each has a respective screw terminal known to receive the wires xjj ^ &M sabbs? finished and not finished. The teeth 9 are practically rigid and "L" shaped, while the tooth 10 is elastically deformable, so that all of them are introduced under pressure in a known manner on the opposite edges of the same opening, or, as shown in FIG. example, in respective direct openings 30, 31 in the metal body element 2 of the apparatus. The teeth 9, 10 are formed integrally with the box 3 and project perpendicularly from the face 21. The contact 16, between two contacts 15, is a ground contact and, according to one aspect of the invention, comprises a tongue in integral "T" shape 33 projecting outward from the box portion 18, bent into an "L" to extend longitudinally parallel to and facing face 21, on the same side as teeth 9, 10, and is separated from the face 21 by a distance to touch the surface 11 when the teeth 9, 10 engage the openings 30, 31. The tongue 33 also comprises two (or at least one) known holding hole 35 for the assembly to the metal body element 12 of the apparatus. The above design and the location of the tongue 33 between the teeth 9 and 10 allows the use of the tongue to ground the body element 12 with no increase in the overall normal cross-sectional size of the frame 3, thus allowing the device 1 is mounted to the apparatus from inside and from outside.
According to another aspect of the invention, the box portion 18 comprises, on the side of the face 21, a connector 37. (for example, a JST class) to connect the high voltage electronic pulse generating mechanisms 4 to the respective known control mechanisms (not shown) of the apparatus. Together with the features above, the cup-shaped body 19 comprises an access opening 38 to the cavity 20, and a lower wall 39 opposite and facing the opening 38, which rest in planes perpendicular to the plane of the faces 21 and 22 of the box portion 18, for example, are oriented perpendicularly to the faces 21 and 22. The bottom wall 39 comprises of a number of direct ducts 40, each box a terminal B, so that the front of the terminals B and contact 16 gives opposite sides, in this way the crossing of conductors of the respective connected wires is prevented. Finally, the portion 18 may comprise a known device for fixing the cable 50, shown only schematically, to the entire terminal board 2.
