Description

SUSPENSION DEVICE BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a suspension device according to the preamble of clause 1 of the patent. To close or divide rooms frequently, use is made of sliding doors which, as shown in Fig. 1, are connected to a sliding mechanism 6 guided by a rail. Sliding mechanisms of this type are described, for example, in EP 0 733 766 or EP 0 679 788. The rail commonly with U-shaped profile 4 has sliding surfaces 5 along, where the rollers 8 of the sliding mechanism 6 They are guided. In addition, a damping device 100 is provided to the rail 4, by means of which the sliding mechanism of the damping device 6 can be cushioned and secured. For this purpose, the body 101 of the shock absorbing device 100 has an elastic element 102 and a retaining spring 103 which, in Fig. 1, is coupled to a hub diameter placed on the rollers 8 and consequently securing the sliding mechanism 6 to the end of the rail. The door element 2 shown in Fig. 1 is connected to the sliding mechanism 6 by means of a connecting screw 1 which is screwed into one of the __¡ _? ____. ends inside a threaded bore hole 9 which is provided in the sliding mechanism 6 and at the other end is fitted with the head part the in a securing means 3 which is fixed to the upper part of the door element 2 by screws 3a. The means for securing 3 shown has upwardly facing clasp elements 3b ', 3b' ', 3b' '' which surround a cavity 3c inside which the head of the connector screw 1 can be introduced frontally or, as shown in FIG. shows in Fig. la, laterally. The head of the connector screw 1 is provided with drill holes lb and is connected to a square plate which is held against the clasp elements 3b ', 3b' ', 3b' ''. A tool can be inserted into the 15 bore holes lb and can be used to rotate the head until the connecting screw 1, or the distance of the door element 2 with the rail 4, is adjusted correctly. However, each time the tool is inserted, the result is that the connector screw 1 can only be rotated up to 90 °, with the result that the adjustment procedure takes a considerable amount of time. During the adjustment procedure the screw head is generally displaced within the limits of the cavity 3c, 25 resulting in the door element 2 having to be lb ___ ÉM ________ ^ __ ^ ____ * - * r-.if? Tt? ÉÍ_! ___ < -___, ___.__- < _ ^ ._ __ .. t _ realigned before the connecting screw 1 can be fixed by a nut 20. In addition, the means for securing 3 is a part forged in mwhich has to be produced in a manner corresponding to a high expense In addition, forged mparts are generally sensitive to impacts and are not resistant to corrosion. In this way, the relatively delicate clasp elements 3b ', 3b' ', 3b' '', which are subject to a high load, are particularly at risk. So that the head of the connector screw 1 is strong enough and can be grasped with a tool, it has to be manufactured in an appropriate size. This results in an installation height for the securing means 3 that requires a relatively large distance between the rail 4 and the securing means 3 or the door element 2. The present invention is therefore based on the objective of providing a efficient suspension in cost for a door element, such device can be produced with rust-free materials, can be installed in a simple way, can be easily adjusted and can be connected in such a way to a sliding mechanism guided by a rail that requires only a short distance between the door element and the rail.
This objective is achieved with the measures specified in clause 1. Advantageous improvements of the invention are specified in additional clauses. The suspension device comprises a connector screw and a means for securing which can be produced cheaply. The means for securing can be manufactured by drilling a metal plate in a few stages of work. The space required by the securing means between the door element and the sliding mechanism is extremely small and corresponds approximately to twice the height of the connecting screw piece, which can easily be adjusted by discrete levels after the fixing is fixed. door element provided with the means for securing, and can be stopped, without the means for securing being laterally displaced. It is particularly advantageous that the tool provided for the adjustment procedure does not act on the relatively narrow head, but on the easily accessible body of the connecting screw. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED MODE Fig. 1 shows a suspension device which is described at the beginning and by means of which a door element 2 is connected to a sliding mechanism 6 which is guided by a rail 4. The rail with U-shaped profile 4 has sliding surfaces 5 on which the rollers of the sliding mechanism 6 are guided. A damping device 100 is further provided to the rail 4, by means of which the sliding mechanism 6 can be padded and secured. The door element 2 is connected to the sliding mechanism 6 by means of a connecting screw 1 which is screwed in one of the ends into a threaded bore hole 9 provided in the sliding mechanism 6 and at its other end is fixed with the Head piece in the middle to secure 3 described at the beginning. To avoid the deficiencies of this known device, suspension devices according to the invention are proposed, each of such devices comprise a connector screw 10 and a means for securing 30, as shown in Fig. 2 and of Figs. 3 to 6, respectively. The manner in which the connector screw 10 and the securing means 30 are connected to each other and at the same time to the mechanism 6 and the door element 2 can be seen in Fig. 7 and in Fig. 9. The suspension device according to the invention is explained in detail below with reference to the drawings. The means for securing 30 shown in Figures 3 to 6 comprises a central part 33 which is connected on both sides to the fin element 32a, 32b. The fin elements 32a, 32b have drill holes 31 through which screws are guided which serve to connect the means for securing 30 with the door element 2. It can be seen from Fig. 4 to Fig. 5 that the zones between the central part 33 of the two fin elements, 32a, 32b are bent in such a way that the central part 33 is raised to a sufficient extent with respect to the fin elements 32a, 32b in such a way that the head 11 of the connecting screw 10 can be introduced below the central part 33 after the means to ensure 30 is installed. Since it is the body 13 and not the head 11 of the connecting screw 10 that has to be grasped for the adjustment procedure, said body can be selected such that it is relatively narrow. To fix the connector screw 10, the center piece 33 has a rest 34 within which the body 12-15 _ »_.« _... _ _____-_ *,. ^^ - ^^^ .- i - ^^ |||| fMt | tr ln, 1 ..... ii ,,, of the connecting screw 10 can be entered. Furthermore, in its lower part the central part 33 has a neck 35 inside which the head 11 of the connecting screw 10 can be sunken (see Fig. 3). In this arrangement, the ends of the neck 35, whose ends abut the entrance of the rest 34, prevents the head 11 of the connecting screw 10 held by the neck 35 from coming out again from the rest 34. It can be seen in Fig. 9 that the head 11 of the connector screw 10 is tightened within the neck 35 due to the weight of the door element 2. Only by lifting the door element 2, the head 11 of the connector screw 10 can be separated again from the neck 35. As a result, the door element 2 is reliably secured immediately after being fixed. Due to the requirements of the material for the neck 35, during the manufacture of the means for securing the material is moved downwards in a channel 37 coming from the upper part, which is shown in Fig. 6, of the central piece 33 , and is pressed in the lower part in a figure forming the neck 35. The means for securing 30, including the breaks 34, can therefore be perforated in a simple manner from a metal plate, providing the neck 35 and inclination. The neck 35 therefore prevents that the head 11 of the connector screw 10 rotates automatically, for example when the door element 2 is struck or when there are vibrations. In any case, by means of particularly advantageous requirements of the connector screw 10 described below, it is possible to adjust and stop the connector screw 10 in a simple manner. Fig. 2 shows the connector screw 10 according to the invention and comprises a head 11 and a body 12-15. The body 12-15 essentially comprises three parts 12, 13 and 15 which are staggered with respect to each other and between which transition pieces 14 are provided, proportionate if it is necessary to extend the body 12-15. The staggering of parts 12, 13 and 15 can be observed especially well in Fig. 8, in which connector screw 10 is shown from the front. The front part 12 of the body 12-15, said part is supported against the head of the screw 11 and has the largest diameter, preferably has a screw for a nut 20 which, as shown in Fig. 9 serves to stop the connector screw 10, in such a way that the head of the screw 11 remains fixed in the neck 35 after its installation.
.J__L.-tt & _ ££ - _-S_ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ -15, such part is also provided with a screw and has a smaller diameter, serves for the connection with the sliding mechanism 6. In this arrangement, the final part 15 of the body 12-15 can be screwed into the drill holes 9 are screwed in until the desired distance between the door element 2 and the sliding mechanism 6 is established. The central part 13 provided between the front part 12 and the rear part 15 is configured in such a way that it can be gripped with a tool, sustained and rotated to adjust the distance between the door element 2 and the sliding mechanism 6. The central part 13 is preferably in the form of a hexagonal screw head (similar to the head of the screw 11) which can be grasped by a key . The head of the screw preferably of hexagonal shape 11 is of particular interest, which is provided on the side facing the body 12-15 with rounded areas 16 which allow the head of the screw 11 to rotate in the neck 35 and adjust the suspension device. For this purpose, the nut 20 is loosened, after which the central part 13 is grasped and rotated. The rounded areas 16 prevent the head of the screw 11 from tilting in the neck 35 and ! ________H_______________ a ^ t ^ mkss? A? ^ M ÉÉ? É M atore. During the rotation of the central part 13, the head of the screw 11 is pressed out of the neck 35 for every sixth revolution and rotated without being displaced laterally. The connecting screw 10, which is placed approximately before the installation, can therefore be fixed precisely after the installation by means of a key. As a consequence, no lateral adjustment is required after the door element 2 is adjusted vertically. After the vertical adjustment of the door element 2, the connecting screw 10 is preferably stopped by a nut 20. Due to the weight of the door element 2, by which the head of the screw 11 is tightened within the neck 35, it is possible to Sometimes avoid detention. It can be seen from Fig. 7 and Fig. 9 that the suspension device according to the invention requires only a small space. The fin elements 32a, 32b are preferably fastened by screws to the upper part of the door element 2. Between the door element 2 and the sliding mechanism 6 which is guided by a rail 4 space is provided only for the nut 20, which is provided to stop the device, and the central part 13, which serves to adjust the device. If the detention is dispensed with 11 of the nut 20, there is a minimum distance of a few millimeters between the door element 2 and the rail 4. 12 - * - - * - ** < - - * ** - < j »*** t -ttfHjrttt"
