Description

-LESS COMBINED GETTING AND TREPIDATION MECHANISMS. TO CONTAIN AND SPREAD POWDERS AND GRANULES " FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the technique for containing and spreading all types of powders and granules, and more particularly, it is related to a package with combined twisting and trembling mechanisms, for containing and dusting powders or granules.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The importance of containing and spreading powders in the activities related to the preparation of foods is widely known and accepted, since in said preparation various types of compounds are involved, which are added in order to improve the taste and in some cases also the appearance of the same, can be added to the kitchen at the time of preparing such food, or at the table moments before being eaten by each of the guests, where the amount of such powders It will depend on the taste of each of them. As an example of powders used in the preparation of foods, there are flavorings, sweeteners, flavor stabilizers, flavor enhancers, etc., which in most cases are supplied in a dosage form in the form of powders or granules that they spread over food. Salt, sugar, ground or ground pepper, ground chili, curry, mustard powder, cinnamon, paprika, are just some of the many condiments that are used in daily powder preparation of the food.
On the other hand, to make an adequate use of such powders both in the kitchen and in the table, it is necessary that they are contained in a container designed for that purpose. Containers and dispensers that currently exist, are manufactured in various and varied sizes and materials, as well as in a wide range of designs. In the specific case of salt, it is very common for this powder to be contained in "salt shakers", which are generally containers with a lid, which includes a plurality of holes of a diameter such as to allow the salt to exit in a metered form , or in their absence, said containers include in their upper end said plurality of holes. For sugar, the most commonly used container typically has a lid that includes a centrally located single hole, or an eccentrically located gate, which regulates the exit of the sweetener. The ground pepper can be incorporated using a container very similar to the saltcellar, although with a smaller number of holes. In the case of peppercorns, a receptacle is used that includes a mechanism that crushes the pepper seed, which, once crushed, is dispensed by the receptacle in the form of powder. The containers described above can be used for any other type of powder or granule that you wish to sprinkle on food. As mentioned above, the designs of said container containers are very varied, depending on the needs of the consumer and the preferences of the market. On the other hand, within the current technique various types of containers for powders are known, such as that described in Mexican Patent No. 113,506 which refers to improvements in fully molded closure devices and dusters, wherein said improvements are characterized by comprising a wall member having an opening and fixing means together with peripheral portions thereof for attachment to another wall part of the wall. a container; a cover for the opening integrally molded in an upright position to said wall member along one side of the opening by means of a thinned section, whereby the cover can be bent from the upright position to a closed position; a perforated plate and sealing means. Likewise, Mexican Patent No. 163,591 describes an assortment receptacle for selectively storing and dispensing various flowable materials, which comprises walls defining several adjacent chambers, each chamber has an upper opening, a plurality of closure assemblies, each closure assembly including a selectively receiving sprinkling top part within, and sealing the upper opening of the first of said chambers , further including each closure assembly, a closure lid and a hinged joint between the closure lid and the sprinkling top of the closure assembly, each closure lid being selectively received in an overlapping relationship with respect to an upper sprinkling, receiving part of opening of another closure assembly, to define an assembly of assortment therewith, including each upper sprinkling part, perforations therethrough, closing each closing lid the perforations of the upper sprinkling part covered therein, at each Assortment set the closing lid being pivotally movable and Between a closed position, which closes the perforations of the associated sprinkler, and an open position that allows the flow through these perforations. Mexican Patent No. 176,215 refers to a duster for pulverulent or granulated products, which comprises a container for the product and a closure perforated by holes, characterized in that under the closure has a plate that has a network of openings defined by fins outgoing and supportive of the mentioned plate. In Mexican Patent Application No. 9204093 a shaker with a perforated lid or seasoning sprinkler is disclosed, which includes a hollow body with an enlarged through opening, which receives a pivotally mounted flap to oscillate between a closed position and a supply position. However, all the dispensers, including the traditional salt cellars, present the great disadvantage in their use, since for example, it is well known that most powdery compounds tend to form small agglomerates when there is too much humidity in the environment, said agglomerates having a diameter greater than that of the holes through which the powder is dispensed, and as said container containers and dispensers do not have any mechanism that breaks up said agglomerates, the function of spreading the powder becomes complicated, and in some cases making it practically impossible . Such is the case of salt that, due to its hygroscopic properties, it is customary to add grains of rice inside the salt shaker to prevent the salt from forming agglomerates. Other cases are those of ground pepper, sugar and cinnamon, in which the agglomerates can be considered to be almost impossible to use properly, so they must be thrown away, generating a waste and an extra cost for the housewife. Another of the disadvantages presented by the current dispensers, is the structural form in which they are manufactured, since for the specific case of the dispenser described in Mexican Patent No. 176,215, even though the fins allow a greater control of the quantities of product to add, the device is not completely airtight, whereby, when the agglomerates formed by excess moisture are formed, said agglomerates can damage said fins, causing the dusting device for pulverulent or granulated products to be no longer useful. As a consequence of the above, it has been sought to eliminate the drawbacks of container containers and dispensers of powders and granules that currently exist, developing a container for containing and dusting powders or granules, which includes combined rotation and trepidation mechanisms , whose conjugated action allows in a practical and simple way to sprinkle said powders or granules on the food, breaking up the agglomerates that at one moment could be formed by excess moisture in the environment.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION Taking into account the defects of the technique described above, it is an object of the present invention to provide a package with combined twisting and trembling mechanisms, for containing and dusting powders or granules, of extremely simple, practical and economic construction. and, nevertheless, of high efficiency to contain and sprinkle powders or granules, sprinkling them on food. It is also an object of the present invention to provide a package with combined twisting and trembling mechanisms for containing and dusting powders or granules, which is sufficiently hermetic to avoid the formation of agglomerates caused by excess moisture in the medium ambient. Still another object of the present invention is to provide a package with combined twisting and trembling mechanisms for containing and dusting powders or granules, which, thanks to its practical design, allows it to be easily refillable.

Additionally, the base 210 of the container body 200 includes the fixed elements 700 of the shaking mechanism of the container 100 of the present invention, which comprise a plurality of ridges located on the outer face of the flat surface portion 230 and on the inner wall. of the flange 225, whose larger section preferably has the shape of a rectangular trapezoid and a height slightly less than the height of the flange 225, being spaced apart equidistantly from each other and distributed over the entire circumferential length of said portion 230. The support 300 that is described in the preferred embodiment of the present invention and shown in figures 6 to 9, being preferably integral in one piece and comprising arrow 305 and a base 310 preferably of circular section, from whose center projecting upwards said arrow 305 until reaching a height approximately equal to the height of the container body 200. The arrow 305 includes a portion 315 of hexagonal section located at its upper end, while the rest of the height or length of said arrow 305 being preferably of cylindrical section staggered, forming two sections, a first section 320 and a second section 325, of the which, the first section 320 has a height which is about one eleventh of the total height of said arrow 305 and a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the second section 325 but, slightly smaller than the diameter of the perforation 235 located in the base 210 of the container body 200, such that said arrow 305 can be inserted inside said container body 200 and rotate freely. Additionally, the arrow 305 includes a rib 340 located above the first section 320, preferably being of toroidal shape and whose outer diameter is approximately equal to the diameter of said first section 320 and slightly larger than the diameter of the perforation 235 of said base. 210, such that the distance between said first section 320 and said rib 340 is slightly greater than the wall section of the base 210 of the container body 200., so that when press-fitting the arrow 305 in the container body 200, the perforation 235 skips said rib 340 and lodges between said rib 340 and the first section 320, thereby preventing said arrow 310 from leaving said body. container 200. The base 310 includes the rotation elements 600 of the vibration mechanism of the container 100 of the present invention, which comprise a plurality of radially located shoulders on the upper surface of said base 310, whose smaller section preferably has the shape of a rectangular trapezoid and a height slightly less than the height of the rotating elements 700 located in the container body 200. In the preferred embodiment described, the plurality of projections comprises four projections, spaced approximately 90 ° from each other, of which , two of them extend until they coincide with section 320 of arrow 305, being aligned one in front of the other and, the other two re jumps having a length slightly smaller than the radius of said base 310 and likewise, being aligned one in front of the other, as shown in figures 6 and 8. Additionally, the base 310 includes a circumferential skirt 345 projecting downwards, perpendicular to the longitudinal central axis of the arrow 305, having a length sufficient to allow a user to grasp the container 100 and at the same time be able to rotate the support 300 as a whole, in order to allow the powders or granules to be sprinkled. Said skirt 345 preferably includes on its outer surface a plurality of ribs 350 parallel to the axis of rotation, distributed over its entire circumferential length and spaced equidistantly from each other. The dust cover 400 which is described in the preferred embodiment of the present invention and which is shown in figures 10 to 13, is preferably cylindrical and stepped in shape, and ranges from a larger diameter in its upper part to a smaller diameter in its lower part, such that two sections, a first section 405 and a second section 410 are formed, of which, the first section has a diameter that is approximately twice as large as the diameter of the second section 410, in addition to having a height which is approximately one quarter of the total height of said lid 400. The first section 405 includes a plurality of flanges 415 located around its cylindrical wall, distributed and spaced equidistantly from each other. The preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises four flanges 415 of preferably square section, being spaced approximately 90 ° from each other, so that they are diametrically opposed to one another, such that when rotating the dust cover 400, said plurality of tabs 415 circumscribes a circle. The second section 410 includes a centrally located perforation 420, preferably hexagonal, whose perimeter is slightly larger than the perimeter of the portion 315 of the arrow 305 of the support 300 and with a depth sufficient to receive said portion 315 inside. of said arrow 305 and allow the pressure coupling of the cover 400 in said support 300, thereby achieving a practical and safe assembly. The assembly cap 500 which is described in the preferred embodiment of the present invention and shown in figures 14 to 17, can take any form, preferably adopting a cylindrical, staggered and hollow form, semi-open at its upper end and totally open at its lower end, and goes from a larger diameter in its upper part to a smaller diameter in its lower part, in such a way that two sections are formed along the entire length of said cover 500, a first section 505 and a second section 510, of which, the first section has a diameter preferably equal to the external diameter of the container body 200 and a height which is approximately one third of the total height of said cover 500, and the second section being of a diameter slightly smaller than the internal diameter or mouth 205 of said container body 200, such that the step 515 formed by the difference in diameters between said first section 505 and said second section 510 serves as stop, in such a way that when assembling the cover 500 with the container body 200, said step 515 rests on the edge of the mouth 205 of said container body 200, allowing a practical and safe assembly; said second section forming a skirt perpendicular to the longitudinal central axis of the container 100.. The first section 505 includes a concentrically located housing 520, preferably circular in shape and whose diameter comprises approximately three quarters of the total diameter of said first section 505 and with a depth of about half the total height of said first section 505. Said housing 515 includes in turn, centrally located, a plurality of perforations 525 which are inscribed within a circle, whose diameter is slightly smaller than the first section 405 of the dust cover 400, such that, when said dust cover 400 rotates together with the support 300, it allows only the exit of the powders or granules that, in conjugated action with the turning mechanism, allows the mechanism of vibration, and thus, sprinkle said powders or granules in dosage form. The second section 510 includes around its outer wall, a first slot 530 located slightly below the step 515 and at least a second slot 535 located slightly below said first rib 530, such that said first slot 530 and said at least second slot 535 are coincident with the first rib 215 and the second rib 220, respectively, of the container body 200, assembling in a tongue-and-groove manner, such that, when the lid 500 engages said container body 200, said lid 500 is not leave your place. Also, said second section 510 includes in its lower flange a chamfer 540, to allow in a simple and practical way the insertion of said lid 500 inside said container body 200. Additionally, the lid 500 includes at its lower end, a projection 545 concentrically located, which projects from the inner face of the housing 520 to reach a length approximately equal to half the total height of said cover 500, preferably annular and whose internal diameter is slightly larger than the circle circumscribed by the cap sprinkler 400, allowing it to rotate freely to said sprinkler cover 400. On the other hand, referring more particularly to figures 18 to 21, there is shown the container 100 with mechanisms of twist and trepidation in accordance with the additional embodiment of the present invention, in which, as mentioned above, the vibration mechanism is located in the upper half of said container 100, whose elements are exactly the same in number as those described in the preferred embodiment, since said container 100 of said additional embodiment comprises in association the container body 200; the support 300 located in the lower part of the container 100, forming the seat of said container 100, said support 300 providing the rotary movement to the arrow 305, in which upper end is coupled the spore cap 400 that includes the rotating elements 600 of the trepidation mechanism; and the assembly cap 500 including the fixed elements 700 of said vibration mechanism. With regard to figures 22 to 30, they show each of the elements that make up the container 100 of the additional embodiment of the present invention, which, substantially have the same characteristics as the elements of the container 100 of the preferred embodiment already described above, except that the container body 200, shown in FIGS. 22 and 23, includes a flange 250 located around its upper edge, which has at its edge a centrally located slot 255, to allow assembly or "click" closure of said container body 200 with the assembly cap 500, as shown in detail in figures 20 and 21, thereby achieving that said cap 500 is easily removable and at the same time allow cleaning and, subsequently filling said container 100 with powder or granule. In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the container body 200 includes at its end or upper edge, any joining means used to assemble said container body 200 with the cover 500, such as a male thread in the container body 200. and a female thread in said assembly cap 500, among others. Likewise, in the support 300 of the additional embodiment shown in figure 26, the upper portion 315 is square section and the rib 355 is frusto-conical in shape.
Referring now to the lid 400 of the aforementioned additional embodiment and shown in FIGS. 27 and 28, the rotating elements 600 of the vibration mechanism are comprised by the plurality of flanges that are located around the wall section of the first section 405, which have a semicircular shape, the flat surface of which is oriented downwards. Additionally, the second section 410 includes a plurality of fins 450 located on its cylindrical surface, distributed and spaced apart equidistantly from each other, diametrically opposite one another, triangular in shape, which are disposed adjacently below the rotating elements 600 and coinciding in number with them, in such a way that they serve as reinforcement of said rotary elements 600 and prevent them from bending or breaking when the container 100 is in use. The perforation 420 located in said second section 410 is square. As regards the assembly lid 500 shown in FIGS. 24 and 25, it assumes the shape of a hollow bottle neck, which is completely open at its lower end, such that the first section 505 is smaller in diameter than the first one. second section 510, the difference in diameters between said first and second sections, 505 and 510 respectively, is what is known as "bottleneck", in addition to which the height of said first section 505 is approximately equal to half of the total height of said cap 500, Likewise, the first section 505 includes the fixed elements 700 of the vibrating mechanism, which comprise a plurality of protuberances located internally on an annular section formed between the periphery of the hole 525 and the internal wall of said first section 505, which are diametrically opposed and separated equidistantly from each other, besides presenting a preferably hemispherical shape, such that said fixed elements 700 in conjugated action with the rotating elements 600 of the dusting cap 400, allow to dust the powders or granules contained in the container 100 of the present invention. Additionally, the second section 510 has a chamfer located at its lower edge and its inner wall, which includes a centrally located cut-out 550, such that said cut-out 550 is housed inside the groove 255 of the container body 200 to allow the "click" closure between the lid 500 and said container body 200 when the container 100 is closed. All the elements that make up the container 100 of the present invention, being able to be manufactured in any material selected from among metallic, non-metallic and plastics materials, said package 100 preferably being made of a plastic material. To form the container 100 of the present invention, the support 300 is first assembled in the container body 200, by inserting the arrow 305 in the perforation 235 until the rib 340 jumps on the inner surface of the base 210 which, thanks to its shape convex exerts an upward pressure on the arrow 305, keeping it firmly supported rotatably within the container body 200, thereby enabling the operation of said container 100 to be more efficient and safe, and at the same time allow said container 100 to remain hermetically closed when it is not in use. The arrow 305 is designed in such a way that it can not be introduced into said container body 200 beyond said rib 340 having exceeded said hole 235, since, the upper surface of the 310 serves as a stop for said base 210 of said container body 200, thus delimiting the insertion of the arrow 305. Before coupling the sprinkler cover 400 in the portion 315 of the arrow 305, the container 100 can be filled with the powder or granule that it will contain.
Finally, the assembly lid 500 is fitted on top of the assembly formed by the container body 200 and the support 300 as well as the cover 400, to close the container 100, leaving it ready to be used, as shown in figures 2 and 20. The operation of the container 100, object of the present invention, is based on the conjugated or combined action of the mechanisms of rotation and vibration, to dose and dust the powders or granules contained inside said container 100, of a practical, effective and safe way. The above is achieved by rotating the support 300 that includes the rotating elements 600, such that, as said rotary elements 600 are rotating, they jump over the fixed elements 700 located in the container body 200, carrying out slight movements, a first upward movement when the rotary elements 600 are placed on the fixed elements 700, the container 100 being in its "open" position and, a second downward movement, when said rotary elements 600 have already jumped on the fixed elements 700 and are placed in the spaces that they remain free between said fixed elements 700, said container 10 remaining in its "closed" position, in such a way that these slight "shakes" allow the dosing and dusting of the powders.
