Abstract

The invention relates to a device in a bundle tie. This comprises an elongated tie part (2) of a certain width and thickness, which at one end has an elongated insertion part (3) of lesser width than the tie part (2) and at its other end has a locking head (1) with a through-opening (6) for the tie part (2). The opening has essentially the same width as the tie part (2), but a height greater than the thickness of the tie part (2). In one transverse wall of the opening is a slit (7), the width of which is such that it allows the insertion part (3) to be inserted into the opening (6) via the slit (7), forming a tie loop, interacting elements designed to lock the tie part (2) in relation to the locking head (1) being provided on the tie part (2) and in the locking head (1). The said locking elements take the form of a tongue (8) which, emerging from the bottom of the opening (6) at one end of the opening (6), extends approximately diagonally towards the other end of the opening (6) and towards the slit (7). The locking elements are designed to positively and detachably interlock in one another.

Description

CLAMPING DEVICE FIELD OF XA INVENTION A device in a clamp for a bundle of elements, comprises an elongated clamp portion of a certain width and thickness, which at one end has an elongated insert part of smaller width than the clamp part and at its other end has a head of clamping with a through opening for the clamp part, which has essentially the same width as the clamp part but a height greater than the thickness of the clamp part, and a slit in a transverse wall of the opening, the width of which is such that it allows the insertion part 5 to be inserted into the opening, through the slit, forming a clamp loop, and interacting elements, designed to immobilize the clamp portion, detachably, in relation to the clamping head, are provided on the clamp part and at 0 the opening of the clamping head.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The design request defined above, 5 to produce a clamp for a bundle of elements, is exemplifies in the Swedish Patent 'No. 9404328-8, Publication No. 503217. However, this known design has inherent disadvantages, which largely limit the use thereof, due to inadequate technical characteristics and for reasons of costs, especially in the part of its manufacture, due to the high costs in tools and other manufacturing problems that take a long time, that increase the costs. In addition to lower costs, there is also the desire to achieve better characteristics techniques, especially greater ease of use, without having to sacrifice the efficiency in the subject. In addition, new technical characteristics are sought such as an easy release and opening of the closure of a clamp for a bundle of elements, adjusted, which is applied by placing it at the , for example, of a bundle of cables, and that is tightened to reduce the space required by the cable bundle. Tightening intensifies the immobilization action, making the easy release or opening of the clamp fundamentally impossible. When it is desired to release or open the clamps 0 for known bundles of elements, this generally leads to the clamp being destroyed when it is cut.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to effect 8 & amp; amp; amp; amp; amp; ii2 to these desired improvements and eliminate the disadvantages mentioned above, in the device defined in the introduction part. The present invention achieves this objective in the device specified in the introduction part, because the fastening elements take the form of a tongue, which extends approximately dnally from the bottom of the opening, at one end of the opening, towards the other. end of the opening and towards the slit, and because the elements are designed to hold each other rigidly. According to a particular feature, the tongue extends outwardly and through the hole to form a releasable part. The fastening elements that are on the tongue and on the clamp take the form of locking teeth, or alternatively the clamping elements that are on the tongue take the form of at least one locking projection and the fastening elements that located on the clamp take the form of a certain number of immobilization cavities designed to interact with the immobilization protrusion. The fastening elements can also be a combination of immobilization teeth, immobilization projections and immobilization cavities. The clamp has an insert part that is essentially the same width as the slot-like cavity. At the free end of the insertion part there is also a grip strip, the width of which is greater than the width of the opening. By means of the present invention, a clamp is obtained for a bundle of elements, with many possible applications, where it is desired to effect immobilization or retention between the clamp part and the clamping head. The device according to the present The invention, with a tongue-shaped fastener, extends approximately diagonally through the hole through the bottom housing, is extremely effective and can be used in many contexts. This allows the free rotation of the clamping element in the hole that passes through the housing, independently of the surrounding walls, which allows a more effective coupling with a clamp inserted into the housing, via the slot-like cavity. The combination of the so-called open accommodation and the tongue accommodated in it and that extends diagonally from the bottom, conferring many advantages compared to previously known designs.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Modalities of the present invention will be described in more detail below, with reference to • js ^ - * the attached drawings, in which: Figure 1 shows a top view, of a clamp for a bundle of elements, with a modality of a device according to the present invention. Figure 2 shows a longitudinal section through the clamp of figure 1. Figure 3 shows a view of a part of a clamp for a bundle of elements, with a device according to another embodiment of the present invention. Figure 4 shows a section through the device of figure 3. Figure 5 shows a section through a part of a clamp for a bundle of elements, with a device in accordance with a further embodiment of the present invention. Figure 6 shows a side view of the clamp for a bundle of elements, of figure 5, partially in section.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The embodiments of a clamp for bundle of elements, according to the present invention, shown in figures 1 and 2, comprise a housing part 1, a clamp part 2, an insert part 3 with a smaller width that the clamp part 2, and an end part 4 that serves as a grip strip. The length of the clamp part 2 is arbitrary in principle, as is the length of the insertion part 3, which however must be at least as long as the housing 1. The end part 4 has a width greater than part of clamp 2 and on at least one side is provided with flanges 5 to facilitate the grip of the part when the clamp is tightened, for example around a bundle of cables or similar elements. The end part 4 has an important additional function. Because its width prevents it from passing through the hole 6, it is easily possible, by passing the insert part 3 down into the cavity 7, to produce a loop loosely surrounding, for example, a bundle of cables. Where necessary, additional cables can be fed through this loop, before the clamp for the element bundle is tightened. The housing 1 is provided with a through hole 6 extending in the longitudinal direction of the housing and through the clamp parts 2-4. A slot-like cavity 7 extends through the upper wall of the housing and has a width that coincides with the insertion part 3 and outwardly bevelled edges, which can also be considered as guiding edges for guiding the insertion part 3. inside the hole that passes through 6. In the hole that crosses through 6 is accommodated a fastening element that has the form Ste a tongue 8. The tongue 8 emerges from the bottom of the hole that spans 6 and extends essentially diagonally towards the opposite end from the hole 6 and towards the cavity 7 in slot form. On the side facing the slot-like recess 7, the tongue 8 is provided with a number of locking teeth 9 which serve to interact with the corresponding locking teeth 10, which are located on the clamping part 2. The teeth of immobilization 10 extend between the edge sections 11 and 12 and are, so to speak, sunk into the clamp section 2. The edge sections 11 and 12 extend outwardly after the opposite surface of the clamp part 2 for the purpose of reinforcing the clamp and preventing the release of the coupling between the clamps. locking teeth 10 and the locking teeth 9. The edge sections can, if necessary, be provided with friction elements for interaction with suitable friction elements, which are on the inside of the hole through which they pass 6, on both sides of the slot-like cavity 7. After inserting the clamp part 3 into the hole 6 through the top of the tongue 8, the latter will be pressed down and towards the bottom 6 to then bounce and secure the locking coupling between the teeth 9 and 10. It should be observed, in particular, that the shape and clamping position of the tongue in the hole 6 means that the locking coupling between the locking teeth 9 and 10 increases when the tension force in the clamp 2 is increased for a bundle of elements. It is clearly seen from FIG. 1 that the tongue 8 is freely elastic within the bore passing through 6, which facilitates and ensures to a large extent the coupling between the locking teeth 9 and 10. The edge sections 11 and 12 also ensure the guide of the clamp part 2 within the hole through 6 on each side of the tongue 8, which releases the pressure on the walls of the housing 1 on each side of the tongue 8. The mode shown in Figures 3 and 4 of the present invention corresponds essentially to the embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 2, except that the tongue is provided with a releasable part 13, which allows the tongue 8 to bend down easily, thereby releasing the locking teeth 9 from its coupling with the locking teeth 10 on the clamping part 2. Figure 3 further illustrates that the walls that are in the through opening 6 can be tilted towards the background, whereby they become somewhat narrower, advantageously creating somewhat thicker walls on each side of the through hole 6. The mode shown in figures 5 and 6 correspond, generally speaking, to the previous modalities, except that the part releasable 13 is somewhat smaller and the tongue 8 is provided with a locking projection 14, which is provided for coupling in a cavity 15 which is located in the clamping part 2. The locking projection 14, together with the cavity 15 , provides a significantly safer immobilization coupling. The embodiments of the present invention described above can preferably be manufactured from any plastic material. Many modifications of the modalities described above are obviously possible within the system of ideas of the invention, defined in the following claims.
