Abstract
The present invention refers to a process for the elaboration of a pigment preventing its volatility through the processed incorporation of chemical elements and substances that fulfill with this function. The details of this novel process are clearly defined herein, in which the secuential metodolgy is utilized for the attainment of the non-volatil powder pigment through a simple process that implies at least the mixture of the pigment with resins and paraffins of industrial use as basic elements of the formulation, basically the process is done based on mechanical-thermal methodologies consisting in trapping the pigment particle and precipitating it with a heavier carrier at high or low speed with regulated temperature; the process includes the incorporation of additives and carriers that allow the already treated pigment to be non- volatile and to have great dispersion or solubility.

NO DEPATENT DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE ELABORATION OF NON-VOLATILE PIGMENTS ARE REPORTED, SO THE IMMEDIATE REFERENCES ARE THE USE OF THE PIGMENTS THAT ARE MARKETED IN THE MARKET OF THE PIGMENTS WHICH ARE LIQUID OR POWDERED WHEN BEING PROCESSED IN THE DIFFERENT FIELDS FROM THEIR APPLICATION, THEY DISCHARGE CONTAMINATING PARTICLES AND HAZARD OF RAW MATERIAL, THEREFORE THEY WERE THOUGHT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF A NON-VOLATILE PIGMENT THAT ALLOWED MARGINS OF OPERATIONAL SECURITY AND OPTIMIZATION OF RAW MATERIAL, AND THE SAME AS ITS PROCESS OF ELABORATION IS INTENDED TO PROTECT THROUGH THIS APPLICATION.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
THE CHARACTERISTIC DETAILS OF THIS NEW PROCESS ARE CLEARLY DEFINED IN THE PRESENT DESCRIPTION, IN WHICH THE SEQUENTIAL METHODOLOGY USED FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE NON-VOLATILE POWDER POWDER THROUGH A SIMPLE PROCESS THAT AT LEAST MIXES THE PIGMENT WITH RESINS AND RESINS IS APPRECIATED. PARAFINES OF INDUSTRIAL USE AS BASIC ELEMENTS OF THE FORMULATION, BASICALLY THE PROCESS IS MADE IN BASE THERMAL MECHANICAL METHODOLOGIES THAT CONSISTS IN ATTRAPPING THE
¡PARTICLE OF THE PIGMENT AND PRECIPITATE IT WITH A HEAVY VEHICLE AT HIGH OR LOW SPEED WITH REGULATED TEMPERATURE, THE PROCESS INCLUDES THE INCORPORATION OF ADDITIVES AND VEHICLES THAT PEMIT THAT THE PIGMENT ALREADY TREATED NOT ONLY NOT VOLATILE, BUT ALSO HAVE A GREAT POWER DISPERSION OR SOLUBILITY
fifteen? THE CHARACTERISTIC DETAILS OF THIS NEW INVENTION ARE DESCRIBED BELOW, USING EXCLUSIVELY TEXT FOR THIS, AS THE USE OF FIGURES IS CONSIDERED IRRELEVANT: THIS NEW PROCESS FOR THE OBTAINING OF A NON-VOLATILE PIGMENT IS SUBSTANTIALLY BASED ON THE MIXING OF A SOLUTE AND SOLVENTS OR VEHICLE, IN WHICH CASE THE SOLUTE WILL BE REPRESENTED BY THE PURE PIGMENT WHEN THE SOLVENT OR VEHICLE WILL BE REPRESENTED BY WATER, OILS (NAFFIC, PARAPHINES, VEGETABLES, MINERALS, PLASTICIZERS), CERAMICS (PARAFFINIC, NAFETY AND VEGETABLE) AND ORGANIC SOLVENTS, THESE ARE USED AS MOISTURIZERS, VEHICLES OR AGENTS THAT ALLOW THE FINAL MIX TO HIGH DEGREE OF DISPERSIBILITY.
ONCE PIGMENT HAS BEEN STORED PIGMENTED IN PURE STATE (IN POWDER) IN A SILO, THIS IS TRANSPORTED VIA PNEUMATIC AND AMBIENT TEMPERATURE TO A NEW SILO, TO THE HEAVY PROCESS, THE PURPOSE OF WEIGHING THE PURE PIGMENT IS TO ESTABLISH THE PERCENTAGE THAT THIS SHOULD KEEP IN RELATION TO THE REST OF THE ELEMENTS, THAT IS TO SAY, THAT OF THE 100% THAT RESULTS FROM THE MIXTURE BETWEEN THE PURE PURE (SOLUTE), AND THE SOLVENT (WATER, WAXES, OILS), THE PURE OR SOLUTE PIGMENT WILL CONSERVE BY AT LEAST 75% OF THE COMPOSITE OF THE TOTAL MASS. WITH THE PURPOSE THAT THE FINAL RESULT IS A NON-VOLATILE PIGMENT THAT CONSERVES HIGH DYEED PROPERTIES, AS IF THE CONCENTRATION OF SOLVENTS IS INCREASED (WATER, WAXES, ITS OILS OR SOLVENTS) ORGANIC) THE CONCENTRATION OF SOLVENTS OR VEHICLES SHALL BE
KEEP IN PROPORTION OF 4% OF WATER AND 21% OF REST OF SOLVENTS, CERTAINLY A LESS VOLATILE PRODUCT WILL BE OBTAINED BUT WITH THE CONSEQUENT LOSS OF DYEING PROPERTIES. ONCE THE TOTAL FORMULA HAS WEIGHED, BOTH SOLUTE AND SOLVENT PASSED TO A HIGH, MEDIUM OR LOW MIXER
5 SPEED, WHERE THE ADDITIVE * (SOLVENT) WILL MAKE TIMES OF MOISTURE - DISPERSANT AND ALL WILL BE MIXED AT A SPEED OF 1750 REVOLUTIONS PER MINUTE DURING THREE MUNUTS IN AVERAGE, BEFORE A TEMPERATRA OF 45 DEGREE CENTERS CAUSED BY THE EFFECT OF FRICTION THAT RESULTS BETWEEN THE PIGMENT AND THE INTERNAL SURFACE OF THE MIXER, THIS WILL CAUSE THE DEHYDRATION OF THE MIXTURE AND ON THE OTHER SIDE THE FLASHING OF THE DISPERSANT TO THE MIXTURE AS A PRODUCT OF THE APPLIED HEAT, THEN THE QUALITY OF THE MIXTURE OBTAINED THROUGH THE TAKING OF A SAMPLE VERIFYING THE CONCENTRATION OF PIGMENTS, THE NON-VOLATILITY AND THE EASILY OF THE DISPERSION OF THE MIXTURE OBTAINED THROUGH ORDINARY LABORATORY METHODOLOGY FOR THESE £ > EFFECTS (QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE EVIDENCE). AS FINAL EVENT WILL HAVE OBTAINED A NON-VOLATILE PIGMENT HIGHLY PREDISPERSABLE FOR ITS FINAL PACKAGING AT THE CHOICE OF THE MANUFACTURER.
