Abstract
Un dispositivo que permite medir y mapear la compactacion del suelo, que es acoplable al tractor y que permite realizar un muestreo intensivo del grado de compactacion de un terreno.El dispositivo para medir la compactacion esta conformado por una estructura que permite el acoplamiento al tracto; un cilindro hidraulico montado en la estructura que permite el desplazamiento del sensor de compactacion; un sensor de compactacion (penetrometro); y una estructura montada en el extremo libre de la barra movil del cilindro, que sirve para montar el sensor de compactacion. El dispositivo tambien puede ser empleado para mapear la compactacion, incluyendo los elementos mencionados anteriormente y ademas, un sistema de posicionamiento global que se utiliza para determinar la posicion de donde es hecha la medicion de compactacion; y un sistema de adquisicion de datos que se emplea para registrar los datos de posicionamiento y compactacion.El dispositivo para medir y mapear compactacion utiliza el sistema hidraulico del tractor, por lo que, elimina el esfuerzo realizado por parte del operador en el metodo manual, asegura una velocidad constante en la penetracion del suelo y mejora la verticalidad de la penetracion, permitiendo seguir el estandar de la prueba de penetracion (ASAE EP542) por lo que se obtienen lecturas mas confiables. El dispositivo permite realizar un muestreo intensivo de la compactacion en un terreno, con lo que es posible elaborar un mapa de compactacion del mismo.
