Abstract

Un conjunto de lentes de colores multiples se produce en un aparato de moldeo por inyeccion de estaciones multiples teniendo mitades de eyector no indexantes y mitades de cubierta indexantes. El material es disparado sobre un lado de iluminacion no expuesto del conjunto de lentes desde las gotas de boquilla de poner compuertas de válvula contenidas en las mitades de eyector no indexantes produciendo por tanto un lado de vision del conjunto de lentes libre de errores de superficie y de defectos de tension de superficie. Los conjuntos de lentes son retenidos en las mitades de cubierta indexantes mediante los mecanismos de retencion proporcionados para traslapar las características periféricamente extremas de los conjuntos de lentes. Los conjuntos de lentes son afirmativamente.
