Abstract

En los dibujos se muestra el aparato 1 para operar la tapa 2 de una abertura de un contenedor de almacenamiento de material 3, el cual incluye los medios 4 para regular la posicion de la tapa 2 en relacion con la abertura. Al aparato ilustrado se denomina, generalmente como intermediario Bulk Container o IBC, el cual normalmente consta de un contenedor 3 con una entrada 5 y una salida (no ilustrada). El contenedor está montado sobre una base 6, sobre la cual se apoya. La base 6 incluye el aparato 1 para operar una válvula o tapa 2 del contenedor, la cual, en la realizacion ilustrada, es por lo general un dispositivo conico. La base 6 cuenta, además, con un conducto 8, a través del cual sale el producto, y el cual, de preferencia, está descentrado y distante, angularmente de la vertical, por ejemplo por 30 degree , tal como se puede observar, para así reducir al mínimo el daño que pudieren sufrir los productos desmenuzables, como tabletas, durante su paso hacia abajo del conducto 8. Tiene medios de ajuste en la forma de un arreglo de piston y cilindro que tiene una parte extendible para engancharse con un retén de medios de elevacion para el dispositivo (2) para que un espacio anular por medio del cual se descarga material sea ajustable a lo ancho, en donde se quiera prevenir el aplastamiento de material que pueda ser "punteado" en el espacio.
