Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un ácido nucleico viral recombinante seleccionado a partir de un virus de ARN de hebra unica de sentido (+), que posee un promotor subgenomico nativo que codifica un primer promotor subgenomico viral, una secuencia de ácidos que codifica una proteína de revestimiento viral cuya transcripcion es seguida por el promotor subgenomico viral, un segundo promotor subgenomico viral y una segunda secuencia de ácidos nucleicos cuya transpiracion es regulada por el segundo promotor subgenomico viral. El primer promotor subgenomico viral y el segundo promotor subgenomico viral del ácido nucleico viral recombinante no tiene secuencias homologas en relacion entre ellos. El ácido nucleico viral recombinante proporciona la ventaja particular de transcribe sistemáticamente el segundo ácido nucleico en el huésped. Organismos huéspedes abarcados por la presente invencion incluyen procariotas y eucariotas, especialmente animales y plantas. La presente invencion se refiere también a virus que contienen los vectores vírales que provocan infecciones, células de produccion que pueden producir los virus o bien partes de los mismo, a un huésped infectado por los virus de la presente invencion, a los productos de gen producidos por la expresion de los ácidos nucleicos vírales y a un proceso para la produccion de un producto deseado mediante el cultivo de los huéspedes infectados.
