Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un cartucho reemplazable para el uso en un sistema de purificacion fotocatalítica de fluido. El cartucho es capaz de modificar las impurezas en un fluido que fluye a través del cartucho, en presencia de luz. El cartucho incluye un elemento poroso flexible que tiene un recubrimiento semiconductor asociado con éste, y una estructura de soporte rígida la cual soporta al elemento. El cartucho puede ser utilizado en una variedad de aplicaciones de purificacion de fluidos, donde no ha sido utilizada hasta la fecha la fotocatálisis.
