Abstract

Se describe un proceso de mejoramiento de la oxidacion de productos carbonáceos de la combustion de combustible y/o se describe el mejoramiento de la combustion de combustible. El proceso comprende agregar al combustible, antes de la combustion del mismo, una composicion que comprende por lo menos un complejo organometálico de un metal del grupo I o por lo menos un complejo organometálico de un metal del grupo II, o una mezcla de los mismos, caracterizado porque la concentracion del metal del complejo organometálico del grupo I o del grupo II en el combustible antes de la combustion es de 30 ppm o menor. El complejo organometálico induce una regeneracion de trampa espontánea aceptable de acuerdo con el protocolo de prueba presentado en los ejemplos.
