Abstract

Un sistema de transferencia de calor en el cual se lleva una malla continua de material (13, 14) después de una superficie de placa caliente (12) con una cara de la malla en contacto con la misma y una serie de recipientes llenos de fluido (15) arriba de la malla para aplicar una carga en la superficie superior del mismos para mantener contacto uniforme entre la malla y la superficie de placa caliente sin considerar alguna ondulacion de la misma. Una seccion de transporte para transportar la malla después de la superficie de placa caliente comprende bandas de traccion superior e inferior (16, 17) dispuestas completamente más allá del extremo de la superficie de placa caliente (12) con una placa fija (18) debajo de la banda inferior (17) y una serie de recipientes llenos de fluido (19) arriba de la banda superior (16) que sirve para mantener contacto de impulsion adecuado entre las bandas (16, 17) y la malla (13, 14). Colocando las bandas de traccion más allá de la seccion de calentamiento de la banda del sistema, se reduce al mínimo el desgaste cuando se compara con sistemas conocidos en donde la banda de traccion superior pasa también a través de la seccion de calentamiento y aun además la longitud de la banda superior se reduce reduciendo así al mínimo los costos de manufactura.
