Abstract

Un proceso para la polimerizacion de fase de gas de polímeros que permite la introduccion de un sistema catalizador de polimerizacion no sustentado hacia el reactor en fase de gas, en donde el sistema catalizador de polimerizacion no sustentado comprende (i) una fraccion de materiales no volátiles que contienen un catalizador de polimerizacion; (ii) una fraccion del solvente que por lo menos es parcialmente miscible en la fraccion de materiales no volátiles y que es lo suficientemente volátil para permitir la formacion de partículas de catalizador de polimerizacion cuando la mezcla de la fraccion del solvente y la fraccion de materiales no volátiles se rocía hacia el reactor; (iii) un fluido comprimido; y (iv) opcionalmente un solvente que se evapora lentamente.
