Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a una composicion farmacéutica de liberacion retardada que se encuentra en forma de tabletas preparadas mediante el prensado directo de tabletas y que está formada de por lo menos un principio activo y una matriz que proporcionan a la composicion mencionada su efecto de liberacion retardada, caracterizada porque la matriz mencionada incluye, por lo menos en parte, polisacáridos pregranulados de alto peso molecular y de origen sintético o natural.
