Abstract
Se describe el uso de cepas del género Microbacterium para la produccion de ácidos orgánicos o aminoácidos mediante la conversion enzimática de un ácido fumárico al ácido orgánico o aminoácido deseado, así como también métodos para tal uso y la solucion de conversion producida mediante tal uso y los métodos de la presente invencion. Los usos y los métodos de la presente invencion proporcionan la forma de L-isomero del ácido orgánico o aminoácido deseado producido mediante los cuales, en la ausencia de la forma de D-isomero del ácido orgánico o aminoácido deseado. También se describen soluciones de reactivos que incluyen la cepa del género Microbacterium y la forma de L-isomero de ya sea el ácido o el aminoácido.
