Abstract
The present invention refers to clarythromycin obtention procedure comprising a protection from oxydrylic group in position 2', so as to activate oxydryl in position 6 followed by methylation in controlled conditions of said position and finally, a de-protection of position 2' by hydrolysis to obtain a clarythromycin.
