Abstract
Un método continuo para preparar un compuesto de intercalacion de oxido de manganeso litiado, de una sola fase, de la formula Li1+xMn2-xO4, que comprende las etapas de: mezclar íntimamente un hidroxido de litio o una sal de litio y un oxido de manganeso o una sal de manganeso; alimentar las sales íntimamente mezcladas a un reactor; agitar continuamente las sales mezcladas en el reactor; calentar las sales mezcladas agitadas en el reactor a una temperatura de aproximadamente 650 degree C a aproximadamente 800 degree C durante un tiempo no superior a aproximadamente 4 horas en una atmosfera que contiene oxígeno; y enfriar el producto que ha reaccionado hasta menos de aproximadamente 200 degree C en una atmosfera que contiene oxígeno durante un tiempo no superior a aproximadamente 2 horas.
