Abstract

Se facilitan un aparato y método para triturar y cargar cantidades de productos previamente divididas en porciones, normalmente productos alimenticios tales como quesos. El producto alimenticio o análogos se tritura en una posicion en línea que es un componente de una línea de llenado y sellado, por la que una pluralidad de cavidades de componentes de envasado se llenan y después sellan en condiciones de vacío o de lavado con gas. El producto triturado o rallado previamente dividido en porciones resultante es desplazado a una de las cavidades del componente de envasado antes de la operacion de sellado. Este movimiento es coordinado y está en secuencia temporizada con un conjunto transportador que coloca adecuadamente la cavidad debajo del accesorio por el que fluye el producto rallado. Se puede prever equipo de apisonamiento con el que el producto rallado se nivela mientras está dentro de la cavidad y antes del sellado. También se contempla el llenado de cavidades multiples.
