A solid retainer device suspended in liquid solutions for containers that contain them, especially designed to maintain and preserve the appearance of food products or canned preserves that consist in at least a substantially flat plate of an inert plastic material in the disc form on which surfaces a plurality of perforations and readily strategic ribs are presented and having on one of its surfaces a series of bosses of considerable longitude to establish an intimate contact with the internal surface of the upper portion or lid of the container recipient. The purpose and objective of the device of my invention is to retain the bottled solids in the recipient avoiding that the solids float towards the surface of the liquid as well as at the same time to permit the passing of the same liquid through the perforations occasioned by said liquid permanently bathing the outer surface of the solids that float by this avoiding that the texture, the skin or the surface of the solids be deteriorated or dried by lack of liquid, that is why this retainer device is idealized so that the solids that float above the liquid always remain submerged within the recipient containers.
