The invention is an erosion-damaged vapor turbines low pressure moving vanes rehabilitation process, of concave-convex profile on its transversal section, characterized in that it comprises following steps: a) fastening vane root over rotary circular support which is kept fixed and fastened to vane other end on a special device to carry out a pre-twisting in relation to its root and to vane original twisting increase and to compensate vane end branch welding process distortions, which is carried out in device itself; b) on concave-convex profile vane, on its transversal section, erosion-damaged zone is eliminated on its inlet ridge on vane end part, and it is prepared for a single side welding, vane convex profile "V" beveled; c) on vane inlet ridge, a solid bar-type stellite branch is incorporated, in the form of a rectangular prism, having its dimensions exceeded on transversal section to accommodate vane inlet ridge twisting variation; d) solid bar-type stellite branch is joined to vane on its inlet ridge with complete penetration "V" type welding.
