Abstract
Un aparato quemador de extraccion forzada para quemar un combustible gaseoso mientras produce niveles bajos de emisiones de NOx, CO e hidrocarburos que comprende: un quemador interno cilíndrico que tiene una pared tubular; un cuerpo generalmente cilíndrico montado dentro de la pared tubular del quemador interno, un canal de flujo anular (110) siendo definido entre dicho cuerpo y la pared interna de dicha seccion tubular, dicho canal constituyendo una garganta para gases oxidantes, y teniendo una salida corriente abajo para el quemador interno, medios (102, 106) para suministrar gases oxidantes a dicha garganta del quemador interno, un ladrillo refractario divergente 116 para dicho quemador interno teniendo su extremo más pequeño conectado a la salida de dicho quemador interno, y saliendo hacia una cámara de combustion; una pluralidad de paletas de remolino axiales curvas 112 siendo montadas en dicho canal de flujo anular del quemador interno para impartir movimiento de remolino a los gases oxidantes que fluyen corriente abajo a dicha garganta; medios de inyeccion de gas de combustible del quemador interno para el quemador interno estando provisto en dicho canal anular proximo a las paletas de remolino para inyectar hacia el flujo de gases oxidantes en un punto corriente arriba de dicho extremo de salida; un quemador externo rodeando por lo menos una porcion de dicho quemador interno e incluyendo una pared separada de la pared de salida del quemador interno para definir un canal de flujo de quemador externo 120 que tiene un extremo de salida corriente abajo para gases provistos a dicho canal, medios para proveer un flujo de oxidante hacia el canal de flujo del quemador externo 104, 108; y medios de inyeccion de gas de combustible del quemador externo 126, 128 para el quemador externo siendo provisto en dicho canal de flujo de quemador externo, corriente arriba del extremo de salida del quemador externo.
