Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para la separacion continua y sin desprendimiento de viruta de anillos (4) individuales iguales entre sí desde una pieza de trabajo de forma tabular (1) por medio de rodillos de corte. Para fabricar preferentemente anillos (4) hechos de acero para cojinetes con gran exactitud se propone de acuerdo con la presente invencion que la seccion que se va a separar de la pieza de trabajo (1) tabular quede encerrada completamente por el contorno longitudinal de los rodillos de corte (2) y se produzcan superficies frontales de los anillos (4) planas paralelas entre sí y perpendiculares al eje de la pieza de trabajo. Es esencial que antes del proceso separador la pieza de trabajo tabular (1) se caliente a una temperatura esencialmente inferior a la resistencia a la deformacion del material utilizado.
