The present invention describes a small dose safety hypodermic syringe including a localization obturator mounted inside the front end of the cylindrical body and connected to the closure tip, which holds the needle cannula, and an arrow tip-like retention stick, fixedly fastened to a movable rubber obturator and connected to the plunger, forcing the arrow tip-like retention stick in coupling relationship with an arrow tip-like retention hole over the localization obturator after injection, to allow both the localization obturator and the closure tip with the needle cannula to be pushed backwards by the plunger inside the cylindrical body and to be retained in place by the internal annular edges of the cylindrical body, and to allow the needle cannula to be deformed by the plunger when said plunger is disconnected from the retention stick and inserted into the end portion of the cylindrical body.
