Abstract

Se describe un método capaz de producir continuamente en masa emulsiones de organopolisiloxano, que incluye los procesos (I) y (II). El proceso (I) es el suministro continuo de (a) fluido o goma de organopolisiloxano, (b) agente emulsificante, y (c) agua a un mezclador que tiene un mecanismo de corte y agitacion (SSM) de primera etapa con un estator y un rotor tipo turbina que tienen cuchillas que están inclinadas oblicuamente desde la direccion radial, cuando son observadas desde la direccion axial, y un SSM de segunda etapa con un estator y un rotor tipo turbina, que tiene cuchillas que definen curvas espirales con respecto a la direccion axial, y la descarga de una emulsion de organopolisiloxano en agua con un contenido de organopolisiloxano de 10 a 99 % en peso. El proceso (II) es la introduccion de agua de dilucion y la emulsion del proceso (I) en un mezclador como se describe para el proceso (I). Puede también ser inyectado un gas en el proceso (I).
