Abstract
Se presenta un procedimiento para la extraccion de colorantes de carotina especialmente de beta carotina desde sustancias naturales agitándose durante varias horas dicha solucion en una mezcla solvente hecha de ésteres acéticos de alcoholes con de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono así como una fraccion de 1-25% en peso de un aceite de origen biologico a una temperatura de cuando menos 30 degree , de esta manera se obtiene el colorante natural con grandes rendimientos tanto en el tiempo como en el espacio y con una pureza buena.
