Abstract

The present invention refers to a packaging system to fill in a high elongation contractile material bag, which is disposed inside a cardboard box for the protection thereof. The bag comprises a filling nozzle and a hermetic closure which prevents air from entering when the product is being packed. Said filling nozzle is, at the same time, a dispenser for the previously packed product, and has the advantage of not allowing the product to be into contact with the environment, even when it is actuated to dispense the product. The bag is filled in by a pressure injector which injects the product so that the bag is gradually stretched, until it contacts the walls of the cardboard box, which protects it against ill-treatment and sun or ultraviolet rays, thereby improving its handling and storing. Upon injection of the bag with the product under pressure, this is vacuum-filled, allowing the best conservation of the product, which can be a light or thick liquid such as water, sausages, milk, oil or any viscous or light product. What is achieved with this high elongation contractile material bag is that, when the hermetically closed filling or pouring valve is opened, the product is released by the pressure exerted by the bag material to recover its natural state, thereby allowing to have an automatic dispenser for different products, because it is not necessary to make pressure for the product to go out, with the additional advantage that the system prevents air from entering into the chamber wherein the product is located, thus preventing the premature decomposition thereof.
