Abstract
La invencion se relaciona con un deposito seco como un precursor para vesículas de liposoma, el precursor es una estructura expandida de tres dimensiones, con una densidad aparente de entre 0.01 y 0.001 g/cmü. La invencion se relaciona también con un método para fabricar vesículas de liposoma con una capacidad de atrapamiento aumentada, disolviendo uno o más lípidos que forman película en por lo menos un solvente orgánico para formar una solucion en un recipiente de reaccion, evaporar el solvente para formar una estructura de lípidos porosa, de tres dimensiones, expandida, poner en contacto el deposito de lípidos con una fase portadora acuosa y producir la fase portadora que atrapa a las vesículas de liposoma, así como también un aparato que comprende una disposicion de tubería o un empaquetado inerte, el cual sirve como material de soporte o una superficie matriz para el deposito de lípidos producidos de acuerdo con el método.
