This invention provides a power supplying circuit to be used in combination with a load and an alternating current (AC) power source, to selectively connect and disconnect load and alternating current power source. Load is connected between an alternating current power source neutral conductor and power supplying circuit. Power supplying circuit is connected with a power or line conductor with current, and an alternating current power source ground conductor. Power supplying circuit comprises a relay series-connected between load and line conductor; a control circuit to selectively make work relay; and a transformer. Transformer primary winding is series-connected with line conductor and ground conductor, to supply power to control circuit even when load is disconnected from alternating current power source. Power supplying circuit comprises a series-switch with transformer primary winding potential to interrupt primary winding current to frequencies above alternating current line frequency.
