Abstract

The present invention discloses a restriction system to move a vehicle and occupant (11) seat (10) in the direction of floor (12). A fluid or hydraulic cylinder (100) mounted over a pivot on the floor (12) comprises an extensible piston rod (101) attached to an articulated mechanism (104) which is mounted on the vehicle seat (10). A three-point belt assembly (80), mounted on the seat (10) is joined to the cylinder rod (101). The cylinder rod (101) retraction pre-draws or tights the three-point buckle mounting (80) and subsequently moves the seat (10) towards the vehicle floor (12).
