Abstract

Un aparato para evitar el desplazamiento durante el tránsito de la carga colocada en una tarima. Dicho aparato comprende: una plataforma adaptada para ser recibida bajo un extremo de una tarima con carga; un brazo flexible unido a ésta y que se extiende esencialmente hacia arriba de la plataforma y por lo menos una parte de dicho brazo forman, en una condicion de descanso, un ángulo agudo con respecto a una y otro y tienen suficiente flexibilidad con respecto a una y otro para que por lo menos una porcion de dicho brazo pueda formar unángulo de por lo menos 90 grados con respecto a dicha plataforma sin deformacion plástica, mediante el cual, cuando dicha plataforma es insertada bajo dicha tarima con carga, dicho brazo ejercerá una fuerza de sujecion contra dicha carga o impedirá el desplazamiento de ésta.
