Abstract

El presente invento se refiere a un procedimiento para disminuir o suprimir totalmente las afluencias de agua de un yacimiento en por lo menos una parte de una perforación para la extracción de petróleo y/o gas de hidrocarburos, que atraviesa un yacimiento, verificándose que, partiendo de la perforación, en la parte del yacimiento en la que se quiere reducir o suprimir las afluencias de agua, se incorpora la solución de polímero, y a continuación se pone en funcionamiento la perforación para la extracción de petróleo o de gas de hidrocarburos, verificándose que los fluidos que están presentes en el yacimiento entran en contacto con la mencionada parte del yacimiento que contiene el polímero, y el petróleo y/o el gas de hidrocarburos atraviesan esta parte del yacimiento y llegan a la perforación, el cual está caracterizado porque la solución no acuosa de un polímero hidrófobo, insoluble en agua, se incorpora en el yacimiento, y el polímero precipita en presencia del agua adherida del yacimiento.
