Abstract

Se describen un sistema adhesivo de embalaje, tal como una cinta o una cuerda, y métodos de laminación. El sistema comprende una estructura principal y una capa adhesiva aplicada como recubrimiento sobre por lo menos una superficie definida por la estructura principal. La capa adhesiva comprende por lo menos dos materiales adhesivos termoactivados diferentes en secuencias alternativas sobre la superficie de la estructura principal, los materiales adhesivos termoactivados se activan a diferentes temperaturas. A medida que las cintas se procesan en las máquinas laminadoras, algunos de los adhesivos se activan por calor con un intervalo de operación suficiente para que las cintas tengan la adhesión adecuada al sustrato en cualquier condición de operación, y algunos de los adhesivos se solidifican a la salida de las máquinas laminadoras también en cualquier condición de operación de las máquinas laminadoras. Por ello, las cintas tienen una envoltura funcional mucho mayor en un intervalo muy grande de condiciones de operación en las máquinas laminadoras.
