Abstract
Un métodos de decodificación de video llevado a cabo por un aparato de decodificación de acuerdo con la presente invención comprende los pasos de: derivar puntos de control (CP) para el bloque actual; obtener vectores de movimiento para los CP; derivar un vector de movimiento de un bloque secundario o una unidad de muestra en el bloque actual sobre la base de los vectores de movimiento obtenidos; derivar una muestra de predicción para el bloque actual sobre la base del vector de movimiento derivado; y generar una muestra de reconstrucción sobre la base de la muestra de predicción. De acuerdo con la presente invención, es posible llevar a cabo efectivamente la inter-predicción a través de los vectores de movimiento (predicción de transformación), no solo cuando una imagen en el bloque actual se mueve en un plano, sino también cuando la imagen en el bloque actual se rota, se acerca, se aleja, o se transforma en un paralelograma. Consecuentemente, se puede eliminar o reducir la cantidad de datos para la señal residual para el bloque actual, y se puede mejorar la eficiencia de codificación general.
