Abstract

Un proceso mejorado para proteger superficies de metales nobles y/o de sus aleaciones contra el deslustre, caracterizado por que comprende las siguientes etapas en secuencia: - someter la superficie a tratar al desengrasado catódico, - exponer la superficie limpiada de esta manera a una solución de ácido en concentración tal como para asegurar la formación de una capa fina de un óxido del metal noble de dicha superficie, - dentro de una cámara de nebulización (20), someter la superficie oxidada de esta manera a aspersión con una solución que comprende al menos un tiol, - después de extraer la superficie tratada de esta manera de la cámara de nebulización, calentar dicha superficie a una temperatura tal como para favorecer la formación de un enlace químico covalente entre dicha superficie y dicho tiol.
