Abstract

La presente invención, comprende aparato y método para la producción de agua ácida electrolizada de flujo controlado y agua alcalina electrolizada de flujo controlado, con flujos independientes a partir de soluciones acuosas, tiene como objeto producir agua ácida de flujo controlado con un potencial de oxido reducción (ORP por sus siglas en Ingles) de entre +1100 mV y +1200 mV y un pH de entre 1.5 y 2.9, con una estabilidad y vida de anaquel de más de un año. Y agua alcalina electrolizada de flujo controlado con un pH entre 9.0 - 11.0 y un ORP de entre -700 mV a -800 mV con una vida de anaquel de más de un año.
