Abstract
Se describe una válvula de arranque (100) para una máquina de operación de fluido (200) para un sistema de vacío (1000). La válvula de arranque (100) comprende: - un cuerpo de válvula (10) con una abertura (17) para permitir que un gas entre; y un pistón de accionamiento (13) trabado sobre un vástago (16) libre para deslizase en una guía (18A). El pistón de accionamiento (13), con una porción del cuerpo de válvula (10), define una cámara (30). El pistón de accionamiento (13) está sujeto a la acción de un diafragma deformable (15). Un orificio de estrangulamiento calibrado (16B) es proporcionado en serie con un orificio de lado a lado (16A) en línea con el vástago (16), para establecer una comunicación fluida entre la cámara (30) y una línea dinámica de fluido (500) del sistema de vacío (1000). Un obturador (20) es además proporcionado, también trabado sobre el vástago (16). El obturador (20) cierra una abertura de paso de gas (10B) como una función de la diferencia de presión entre la cámara (30) y la línea dinámica de fluido (500).
