Abstract
Se describe el montaje de válvula de emergencia (5) para pozos de extracción de acuerdo con la invención que comprende A) una carcasa externa (50) y B) un obturador giratorio (54). El conducto de paso (52) está dispuesto para el paso de una línea de producción y/o de perforación dispuesta para contener y transportar, a través de al menos una tubería relativa (9), los fluidos de extracción como, por ejemplo, petróleo, aceite, agua, lodo, restos de rocas y/o tierra, gas natural, u otros fluidos extraídos de un yacimiento subterráneo. La válvula (5) también comprende un impulsor de obturador (56), dispuesto para accionar el obturador giratorio (54) haciéndolo girar con el fin de cortar la línea de producción o de perforación que pasa a través de él, en particular cortar la tubería (9) y cerrar el conducto de paso (52). El conducto de paso (52, 520) tiene una sección de paso mínimo que tiene un diámetro igual o mayor de siete pulgadas (17.78 cm). Proporciona una medida de seguridad adicional eficaz en el caso de emergencias.
