Abstract
Se presentan sistemas, métodos y aparatos para generar recomendaciones de música con base en la combinación de factores influyentes de canciones y usuarios con caracterizaciones de reglas de canales. Estos sistemas y métodos envían una lista de reproducción, la cual puede ser distribuida como una corriente de información de audio en un dispositivo del usuario o cliente, tal como un teléfono o teléfono inteligente, computadora de tipo tableta, computadora o reproductor de MP3, o cualquier dispositivo del consumidor con capacidades de reproducción de audio. La lista de reproducción puede comprender varios estratos cortos de audio individuales de un género o tipo, tales como canciones, o de múltiples tipos, tales como música, conversación, deportes y comedia. Los estratos cortos de audio individuales pueden ser ordenados por un secuenciador, el cual, utilizando grandes cantidades de datos, genera ponderaciones de factores influyentes tanto (i) independientes del usuario como (ii) dependientes del usuario para cada estrato corto, y luego combina todas estas ponderaciones de factores influyentes en una ponderación de reproducción combinada W para un estrato corto de audio determinado, para un usuario determinado.
