Abstract
The present invention pertaining to the field of biomedicine and nanotechnology, refers to a controlled and prolonged release system of L-ascorbic acid based on nanocapsules of chitosan embedded in cellulose extracted from agave, for promoting the regeneration of dermal tissue, thereby facilitating the healing process. The synthesis of the material is carried out by two steps, using ultrasonication for the formation of the nanocapsules charged with L-ascorbic acid, and a subsequent agitation process and ultrasonication for being adhered to the matrix of cellulose.
