Described is a system for monitoring and acquiring physiological signals in a simultaneous manner using a sensor and a resulting signal path of intrinsic fiber optic, which is characterized in that it comprises: a sensing device having at least a fiber optic configured for sensing, in a simultaneous manner, at least two different physiological signals; an optical coupling module configured for coupling the simultaneously received optical signals, a modulation and demodulation module for acquiring the physiological signals from the device.
