Abstract
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an adaptation control device for a vehicle start clutch that prevents in advance the occurrence of initial judder when the vehicle begins to move. An adaptation control device for a vehicle start clutch is provided with a reverse brake (R/B) as the start clutch, and a clutch adaptation control means. The reverse brake (R/B) is interposed between an engine (Eng) and motor/generator (MG) and the left and right back wheels (RL, RR) and is slip-engaged when the vehicle begins to move. The clutch adaptation control means performs clutch adaptation control, in which the reverse brake (R/B) is subjected to a state in which the temperature of the reverse brake is at or above a second threshold for a timed period, at least one time before the vehicle begins to move.
