Abstract

Se describen un método y un aparato para transmitir y recibir una señal de radiodifusión que incluye un flujo continuo de paquetes de compresión robusta de encabezamientos (RoHC); el método de transmisión de señales de radiodifusión incluye comprimir un encabezamiento de un paquete IP incluido en un flujo continuo de paquetes IP para producir un flujo continuo de paquetes RoHC (Compresión Robusta de Encabezamientos), generar un paquete de señalización que incluye información de por lo menos uno de los paquetes RoHC incluidos en el flujo continuo de paquetes RoHC, en donde el paquete de señalización incluye un encabezamiento de paquete de señalización y una cabida útil de paquete de señalización, en donde el encabezamiento de paquete de señalización incluye información de señalización que está incluida en la cabida útil de paquete de señalización, transportar el paquete de señalización a través de un primer canal y transportar el flujo continuo de paquetes RoHC a través de un segundo canal.
