Abstract
Modalidades de la presente invención describen un método, aparato y sistema de resolución de problemas basado en virtualización de funciones de red. Una segunda entidad funcional envía una solicitud de análisis de correlación de fallas de un servicio de red virtualizado a una primera entidad funcional, de tal forma que la primera entidad funcional envía, cuando detecta que existen fallas en una NFVI y una VNF que corresponde al identificador VNF, información de fallas de la NFVI e información de fallas de la VNF a la segunda entidad funcional de acuerdo con un identificador VNF y un identificador NFVI que están incluidas en la solicitud de análisis de correlación de fallas, y la segunda entidad funcional lleva a cabo un análisis de correlación de fallas en el servicio de red virtualizado, la VNP, y la NFVI de acuerdo con la información de fallas de la VNF y la información de fallas de la NFVI. En esta forma, se acorta el tiempo de procesamiento de correlación de fallas del servicio de red virtualizado, la VNF, y la NFVI y se mejora la eficiencia de resolución de problemas.
