Abstract

Un valor de nuevo cálculo de POC es recuperado por un decodificador (100, 200, 300, 400) a partir de una representación codificada de una imagen RAP (12) en una capa de base (10) de un flujo de video (1) que comprende imágenes (12, 4, 16, 22, 24, 26) en capas múltiples (10, 20).
